Abstract/Summary:
With the increase of mining depth, geological conditions deteriorate, broken rockincrease, ground stress increase, inflow of water increase, ground temperature rise, thisled to the sudden engineering disasters and major accidents increase. Forexample:rockburst, gas explosion, mine pressure dominant aggravate, roadwaysurrounding rock large deformation, rheology. It caused tremendous menace to highefficiency exploitation of mining coal resources and the safety of people work on coalmine. Rockburst is one of the major disasters in coal mine and it has great destructivepower. How to identify and evaluate on rockburst hazard accurately and efficiently, thenmaking full use of these information to achieve safety management decision of coalmine enterprise which is an urgent problem need to solve in safe production of miningenterprises.This paper firstly reviews the research situation at home and abroad which relatethis topic, then introduces the principle of major hazard identification and evaluation.In-depth studying hazard source identification, classification and grading system ofrockburst accidents according to the basic principle of major hazard identification. Wecan establish the rockburst fault tree according to great rockburst accident data of wholecountry. We analyze qualitative and quantitative in the light of second class risk sourceof the eleven coal mine. We establish the rockburst accident risk assessment modethrough the identification of major dangerous source evaluation theory. By usingtwo-dimensional evaluation method and establishing2D vector evaluation model withpossibility and severity then calculating this two vector. We can calculate the accidentprobability by using the fault tree; based on improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluationmethod on evaluating the accident severity then obtain the severity through comparingthe standard.We combine with coal mine eleven actual production and conducted rockburstregional forecast in four working face by comprehensive index method. Then we havenumerical simulation by using FLAC3D software we obtain the hazard effect aboutrockburst of fault on working face. Finally we put forward the corresponding preventionand control measures.
