| Subordinate to the enterprise is to use various types of factors of production,to the market to provide goods or services,in order to achieve the goal of profit as a legal person and the social economic organization,as one of commodity economy organization type of model,enterprises can complete configuration of economic resources,is an important part of our country’s economy and society,however,in the development of China’s enterprises’ managers too much attention to economic benefit and ignore the corresponding safety management,enterprise security accidents often happen,and the existing research also points out that human factor is one of the important cause leading to the enterprise security accidents.It is very important to analyze the occurrence and spread of the unsafe behaviors of the employees and explore the countermeasures to prevent and control the spread of the unsafe behaviors of the employees.Therefore,this topic is based on the actual status of safety management of enterprises,and conducts a systematic study on the spread of unsafe behaviors among employees,in order to understand the influencing factors of the spread of unsafe behaviors among employees and the basic situation of the spread,which is of great importance for the prevention and control of the spread of unsafe behaviors among employees.The main content of this dissertation include:(1)based on the grounded theory method for enterprise employees unsafe behavior influence factors are studied,build "enterprise employees unsafe behavior spread factors" concept model,to analyze the typical structure of relations between the main category,to explain the mechanism of enterprise employees unsafe behavior spread;(2)Based on the infectious disease model,multi-agent simulation was carried out for the transmission process of unsafe behaviors of enterprise employees;(3)According to the conceptual model and simulation results of the transmission of unsafe behaviors among employees,corresponding suggestions are put forward for the influencing factors and simulation process of the transmission of unsafe behaviors among employees,so as to provide reference for the prevention and control of the transmission of unsafe behaviors among employees.Through the above research,it is found that there are 21 initial categories affecting the spread of unsafe behaviors among employees,and 12 main categories affecting the spread of unsafe behaviors among employees.Finally,four core categories are obtained,which are individual traits,personal literacy,enterprise security control measures and job satisfaction.Netlogo software is used to build the propagation network of enterprise employees’ unsafe behaviors based on the infectious disease model through simulation.Parameters such as the level of unsafe potential energy,propagation intention,constraint ability and bearing coefficient of the transmission of unsafe behaviors involved in the simulation model are put into the model,and the simulation results are finally obtained.Based on the simulation and analysis results of the propagation model of enterprise employees’ unsafe behaviors,the dissertation proposes control measures for the propagation of enterprise employees’ unsafe behaviors based on the influencing factors of the propagation,such as improving employees’ personal literacy,improving employees’ job satisfaction,and strengthening the construction of enterprise security control measures.Finally,the conclusion is summarized and the prospect is given. |
