China is the biggest country of producing coal in the world, but high-yield always goeswith the high accident rates. Statistics on the coal mine’s production accidents indicate that,about80%of accidents caused by unsafe behavior. Thereby, the key link of decreasingcasualties and economic property damage and ensuring the safety production runningsmoothly is prevent and control the miners’ unsafe behavior. In this paper, the physiologicalmeasurement experiment, the psychology questionnaire the research, as well as the theory andmethod of behavior and safety management were applied to the miners’ unsafe behaviorprevention and control research.At first this paper analyzed unsafe behavior’s conception, classification, factors and theformation mechanism, and then the miners’ unsafe behavior is classified by the method ofbehavior trace tracing back, and did the risk level assessment of unsafe behavior by adoptingthe risk matrix method. According to the actual situation of the coal mine, the paper classifiedthe factors of unsafe behavior into five categories (physical, psychological, environment,management and culture) which established a theoretical basis for miners’ unsafe behaviorresearch.And then based on the analysis of miners’ unsafe behavior factors, the researchconducted a evaluation experiment system of individuals’ safety ability under the noisesituation. Applied the MindWare BioLab and the attention focus ability tester measured theobjects’physiological indexes data including heart rate and skin electricity reaction in pre-andpost experiment, and from the data of pre-and post of the experiment calculated the eachexperiment object in the noise environment of specific safety behavior ability (f value) size;Used safe behavior psychological measurement theory the paper built the unsafe behaviormeasurement scale which was used for a line field measurement in a group of Shanxi coalminers, through the reliability and validity of the test indicated that the scale has a highreliability and validity. And then by using the principal component analysis method analyzed the effective recovery unsafe behavior scale so that got the common factor of unsafe behavior.Through the comparative analysis of test results, found that physical and environment have ahigher influence degree on the miner’s unsafe behavior, the psychological, management andcultural have weak influence.Finally, the paper based on the measurement results of the physiological experimentalmeasurements and unsafe behavior scale, integrated used the physiological psychology, safetybehavior, safety management and other theories and methods, through the strengthening ofprocess control made the corrective action plan and the strategies as well as the measures toprevent and control miners’ unsafe behavior. And the measures provided a basis for referencefor coal mine enterprise to understand miners’ physical and psychological conditions so as toprevent unsafe behavior.
