Research On The Key Incentives And Pre-control Counter Measures Of Unsafe Behavior In Coal Mine Production Safety Accidents

Coal is an important resource in the world,and the coal mining industry is the pillar industry of our country,so the safe production status of coal mine is very important to our country’s economic development.In recent years,the number of accidents in coal mining production in China has decreased year by year,but accidents still occur in large coal mines.During the period of epidemic prevention and control and the superposition of safety work,the situation in coal mining is still serious.Numerous studies have shown that reducing human unsafe behavior can effectively prevent accidents in coal mining production.Therefore,the study of unsafe behavior and its inducements,and then put forward pre-control recommendations,conducive to improving the efficiency of unsafe behavior management.Based on the above,in order to effectively strengthen safety production work and prevent coal mine production safety accidents,339 coal mine production safety accident investigation reports in my country from 2012 to 2021 were selected as research samples,and social network analysis,text mining technology and other methods were used to analyze from the micro and macro levels.Two aspects to explore the mechanism of unsafe behavior in coal mine production safety accidents.First,the connotation,causative characteristics and classification criteria of unsafe behaviors in coal mine production safety accidents are expounded through literature analysis.Secondly,use histogram and pie chart to analyze accident distribution characteristics from five aspects:time distribution,spatial distribution,regional distribution,grade distribution and type distribution,and use text mining technology to identify unsafe behaviors and unsafe behaviors in accident investigation reports causative characteristics.Then,construct the feature word co-occurrence matrix and co-occurrence network model between unsafe behaviors and inducements,and use centrality analysis and core-edge analysis to sort out the overall correlationand its importance.In addition,the association rules mining technology is used to explore the relationship between incentives and unsafe behaviors from the micro level.Finally,on the basis of the association network,the path analysis method is used to clarify the longest inducement path of various unsafe behaviors,and the pre-control countermeasures for unsafe behaviors are proposed accordingly.The following main conclusions are drawn through the research:First,coal mine production safety accidents have regional aggregation,mainly large or general accidents,of which roof accidents account for the largest proportion,accounting for 30.97%;second,the key to unsafe behavior The main incentives are management factors and combination factor.
