Study On The Control Of Habitual Unsafe Behavior Of Coal Mine Employees

Safety is the "top priority" of coal mines and the eternal theme of coal mines.In recent years,the coal mine safety situation has improved year by year.However,safety accidents still occur from time to time,and the safety management situation is still grim.According to the analysis of domestic coal mine accidents,a large proportion of accidents are caused by illegal command,illegal operation and other behaviors.In particular,the habitual unsafe behaviors of coal mine employees are widespread in coal mine enterprises,which have caused serious adverse effects on coal mine safety management.Therefore,if the habitual unsafe behaviors of coal mine employees can be controlled,the occurrence of coal mine safety accidents can be greatly reduced.Based on the characteristics of coal mine enterprises,this paper analyzes the habitual unsafe behaviors of coal mine employees in depth by using scientific theories such as customs,behavior and safety,puts forward the concept and occurrence process of the habitual unsafe behaviors of coal mine employees,and combs out the influencing factors of the habitual unsafe behaviors of coal mine employees.By conducting a questionnaire survey on the main responsible persons,safety management personnel and general personnel of coal mining enterprises,statistical analysis was conducted on the questionnaire data with the software SPSS26.0,and a conceptual model of the formation mechanism of habitual unsafe behaviors was proposed,which was verified with linear regression analysis to determine the final formation mechanism model.Through the intermediary effect test,the significant influence and intermediary effect of each indicator on habitual unsafe behavior through intermediary variables are obtained.The difference of habitual unsafe behavior in different demographic variables is analyzed by the single factor variance method,and the income level,job title,and working years show significant differences.Through the study of coal mine practitioners habitual unsafe behavior,it is concluded that the influence index of habitual unsafe behavior relationship and influence degree,and put forward the control strategy,effectively avoid and reduce the habitual unsafe behavior,ensure the safety of coal mine enterprise construction,effectively curb the occurrence of coal mine safety accidents.
