| In 2019,COVID-19 broke out and spread rapidly to all cities with its strong infectiousness.People’s travel was greatly affected by this infectious disease,and rail transit,as the main mode of transportation carrying people,took the main responsibility for passenger transportation during the epidemic.Therefore,the evaluation of station service level during the epidemic plays an important role in the efficient operation of rail transit and the safe and comfortable travel of passengers.In this paper,in combination with the practical situation of the station during the outbreak and epidemic prevention and control is put forward new requirements,the first reference to the existing evaluation index system,from the safety,convenience,fast speed,comfort and economy primary five aspects has carried on the indicators,and from two aspects,the rationality and necessity to calculate the correlation between the indexes,the primary index for the scientific selection,Fifteen key indicators were selected to establish the evaluation index system of rail transit station service level under the prevention and control of infectious diseases.Then,in order to obtain the value of quantitative index of service level evaluation of rail transit stations in a special period,Anylogic simulation software was used to simulate rail transit stations under epidemic prevention and control.In order to reflect the particularity of the epidemic period,on the basis of the existing social force model,the expected speed of pedestrians in the model was modified to a variable related to pedestrian density by taking full account of the requirement of "one meter apart" and the behavior of pedestrians in groups and companions during the epidemic period.In the simulation of actual stations,"Show your health code","real-name registration" and "check your temperature and enter the station" have been added.Finally,the specific value of each evaluation index is obtained by combining the field investigation statistics and computer simulation.The weight of service level evaluation index is calculated by the combination weight method of analytic hierarchy process and structural entropy weight method,and then the evaluation method combining qualitative and quantitative analysis is applied.Which is based on the matter-element analysis of extenics service level evaluation model of lanzhou west railway station subway station has carried on the comprehensive evaluation of the service level,it is concluded that the overall level of service station in good grades of conclusions,and pedestrian flow improvement,service facilities from the station service ability dynamic adjustment and broadcast propaganda by three aspects improvement measures are put forward.Firstly,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of subway station service level under the condition of infectious disease prevention and control.Secondly,combined with the unique inbound process during the epidemic prevention and control,this paper simulates the station,which provides a new method for the evaluation of station service level during the epidemic period. |
