The bo County is located in the southeast of Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture.It is a multi-ethnic settlement area dominated by Tibetans.The long history,culture and special geographical environment have created a rich and colorful intangible cultural heritage in the the bo area.The art of brewing highland barley wine is one of its representatives,with a history of more than 900 years.This article adopts anthropological and ethnological methods to conduct research.Through the study of the highland barley wine brewing techniques,it is hoped that it can provide some lessons for the inheritance and protection of Tibetan intangible cultural heritage projects.The first part mainly describes the natural environment and humanistic environment of The bo district.The second part uses the field investigation data to sort out the process of The bo highland barley wine brewing technology.The third part expounds the relationship between intangible cultural heritage and highland barley wine brewing skills from the perspective of folk culture.The fourth part discusses the problems and related countermeasures in the process of inheriting and protecting the intangible cultural heritage of The bo area.
