A Study On The Local Characteristic Culture Creation Build With Intangible Resources

With the development of globalization,the trend of "global village"is strengthening.It is unnecessary to talk about the advantages for China,but at the same time,some disadvantages like the immeasurable damage for culture also emerged.We are sorry to find more and more cultural resources are being forgotten or even completely disappearing,but beyond that,the disappearance of regional characteristics is another major damage.The construction of all the cities and towns is similar,which is full of high buildings and dazzling lights,without their own features.These phenomena have attracted great attention,while urban development is a necessary trend and cannot be stopped because of the protection of culture.So a series of questions ensued,such as what is the local feature,what can represent the endemicity,how to remold local features.The vigorous development and impact of the cultural and creative industry in the world are obvious,which has attracted more and more attention from many countries and professions.Nowadays,many countries regard cultural output as a strategic plan,and a shortcut to achieve cultural output is through the development of cultural and creative industries.Although our country has already appeared to spare no effort to catch up,there still are some obvious problems such as serious homogeneity,uneven quality and so on.Therefore,it is easy to find the importance of the intangible culture.Currently,all walks of life pay close attention to the intangible cultural heritage.We can find that the word "protection" has already mixed with "intangible culture" no matter from the newspapers or people's daily talking.However,the strong do not need protection,thus does this indirectly illustrate the fragility of the legacy?Although there are many ways to inherit and protect the intangible culture,but the domestic cultural and creative industry is booming now,hence is it possible to combine it with the culture and make progress together?In a nutshell,the author's idea is to carry out local construction with the intangible culture.Sorting out the intangible heritage resources and building the local cultural as well as creative industries can not only play an important role in protecting and publicizing the intangible cultural heritage,but also import fresh power to the domestic cultural and creative industries.At the same time,the local characteristic image is constructed through cultural creation.This article takes the intangible cultural heritage fish lamp as an example to discuss the construction of the local cultural and creative industries and further the creation of a unique local image.The Wuwei,Wuhu fish lamp was selected in 2011 as one of the national intangible cultural heritage for its interesting shape,rich color and graceful dance.But with the changing of the local cultural and ecological environment,the social basis for the Wuwei fish lamp is gradually narrowing,weakening or even disappearing.At present,there are not many books on fish lamps and as a treasure of Wuwei,there are nearly no trace of "fish lamp" in the town.In view of this,this paper,on the basis of the case of Wuwei fish lamp and field investigation,deeply analyzes the fish lamp and provides feasible design for the development of cultural and creative industries in Wuwei,Wuhu.This paper will focus on the following points.First of all,through the research on the multidimensional degree,it analyzes the fish lamp's historical development,current situation,traditional ritual process,pattern color and so on.Secondly,it summarizes the producing methods,tools and so on.Based on this,the elements are extracted,and the design scheme and practice mode are put forward,trying to integrate the beauty of the fish lamp into the design of the cultural and creative industry.With the case study,this article means to provide new ideas for the protection and inheritance of other excellent traditional cultures and the construction and development of cultural and creative industries as well as the remedies of the gradually disappearing regional characteristics.
