| With the expansion of city scale and the increasing level of urbanization rate year by year in China,there are more and more virous types of building fire accidents.Building fire protection system can play a role in monitoring,early warning,and controlling the spread of fire and extinguishing fires in time,which is the important part of modern architecture.Fire engineering projects have developed rapidly in recent years and the way of project management has gradually changed to formalization.The importance of risk management has been gradually recognized by construction companies.Applying professional risk management skill to practical fire projection engineering projects in order to improve the overall management level is becoming the demand of fire protection engineering project managers.First of all,the article sorts out and analyzes the concept and properties of fire protection engineering projects,including the definition and connotation of fir protection engineering project risk management,and the commonly used methods and steps of risk management.Then it takes a large-scale commercial fire protection project in Wuhan as an example to conduct empirical research.The literature method is used to collect information and data and the WBS work breakdown structure of a large-scale commercial project in Wuhan is referred to compile the initial risk identification list of the project.In addition,the industry experts were invited to discuss the initial risk identification list of the project and modify the initial list basing on their opinion to form the final risk identification list.Finally,the project’s risk evaluation index system based on the final risk identification checklist is constructed.In addition,a questionnaire basing on the system of the risk evaluation index system is compiled.According to the degree of affect by risk indicators on the project,the risk levels are divided into five levels,including extremely low risk,low risk,medium risk,high risk and higher risk.The questionnaire is required fill-in personnel to rate the specific risk indicators of a large-scale commercial fire protection project basing on their own view and understanding.After the questionnaire was recovered,the frequency of the five risk levels of each risk indicator in the valid questionnaire was calculated by the respondents,and the unclear relationship matrix of each stage of the project was obtained according to the statistical results.Then,after establishing the matrix,the analytic hierarchy process completely,the analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weights of risk indicator at each stage and perform fuzzy comprehensive evaluation calculations.Referring to the calculation results of the unclear comprehensive evaluation to determine the risk factors that the project needs to focus on.Finally,a risk response strategy was proposed for the key risk factors of a large-scale commercial complex fire protection project in Wuhan.At the same time,considering the continuous changes in the environment during the project development process,risk monitoring measures were proposed.The results of the article have reference value for fire engineering project managers to response and control project risks.It also has a certain impetus for fire protection construction industries to improve their project management level and industry competitiveness. |
