| With the gradually opening of domestic refined oil market,the competition between refined oil companies is intensified.In order to improve market competitiveness,many refined oil companies have already launched their new information managing system to integrate all their marketing information.The system can be used as a useful tool to formulate the corresponding marketing strategy.As a state-owned refined oil enterprise,CNAF has already customized a set of information managing system which covers all the marketing data.Because of a mass of data,limited project funds,the lack of experience and the tight project schedule,the project is facing multiple risks in the development process.The main research object of this paper is CNAF enterprise supply and marketing information management system development project.Based on consulting literature material,risks identification and evaluation tools are used to identify the risks factors in the developing process and take corresponding measures to avoid the risks.In this way,risks are directly reduced to achieve the goal of reducing economic losses.Firstly,based on the data and experience of previous similar information system development projects,checking list method are used as to recognize the risks factors by one in order of project planning,demand analysis,overall design,detailed design,project implementation,project testing and project delivery and list the risks checklist.Secondly,internal and external experts use Delphi method to identify the risk factors listed in the checklist and list the final risk factors which include project process risk,project personnel risks,project quality risks,project management risks and project technical risks.Secondly,the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to build the risks assessment model of the information system development projects,and the assessment result is that the risk of this project is medium.Finally,based on the principle of risk response measures and the results of risk assessment,many response measures are put forward such as risk transfer,risk aversion and risk mitigation.Through the above work,the risk factors can be recognized to the maximum extent and corresponding measures can be put forward to ensure that the goal of this project can be achieved and the competitiveness of the company is enhanced.In addition,we can effectively accumulate risk management data,which provides good practice basis for other information development projects of the company in the future and improves the management methods of enterprise information. |
