With the increasingly high degree of saturation in the current domestic market,more and more enterprises will move their development steps overseas,especially some traditional domestic engineering construction enterprises,whose overseas business volume has occupied more than half of the whole company’s business,accompanied by the inevitable risk events in the process of project operation.While contracting overseas engineering projects,how to make the project run smoothly and guarantee a good rate of return.It can be said that identifying risks at all stages and effectively avoiding risks are often important indicators to test whether a project is successful.In this paper,the risk management of natural gas treatment plant project in Pakistan X company,main application-risk decomposition method to identify risks,establish the index system,the application of the analytic hierarchy process definite weight,using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate identify risks,according to the risk evaluation results put forward the corresponding measures.On the one hand,it provides decision-making support for the risk management of the natural gas treatment plant project in Pakistan,and improves the ability to identify and avoid risks.On the other hand,it aims to provide theoretical basis for the risk management research of X company’s future overseas engineering projects,and improve its risk resistance and profitability. |
