Research On Risk Management Of Public Toilet Renovation Project In A District Of Yantai

At present,the research of urban public toilet renovation project mainly focuses on its social benefits,and has achieved rich research results in the improvement of public toilet appearance,intelligent internal functions,and humanization.Based on the local urban development and social needs,this paper attempts to apply risk management to the whole process management of the public toilet construction and renovation project.Through risk identification,risk assessment and risk response to the risk problems that may be encountered in the public toilet construction and renovation project,the public toilet renovation project can achieve the organic unity of social and economic benefits,better improve the local living environment,and meet the needs of the surrounding residents for toilet access.This paper is mainly divided into the following five parts: The first part is to investigate the current situation of public toilets in a certain district of Yantai,consult the domestic and foreign literature on the construction and transformation of public toilets and the application of risk management in the field of engineering projects,summarize the relevant research background and significance of the risk management of the public toilet reconstruction project in a certain district of Yantai,establish the basic framework of the research paper,and provide a clear theoretical basis and research reference for the writing of the paper;The second part summarizes the concept,risk management methods and theories of public toilet renovation,and provides theoretical and methodological support for the risk management research of public toilet renovation projects;In the third part,comprehensive use of literature review,questionnaire survey and field survey is used to carry out preliminary risk identification of the public toilet renovation project from four aspects: the bidding and project approval stage,the planning and design stage,the construction stage,and the acceptance and delivery stage.Then,according to the results of the preliminary risk identification,the public toilet renovation project is fully identified by the brainstorming method and the Delphi method,and the public toilet renovation project includes policy risks5 criteria level risks and 17 indicators level risks including technical risk,management risk,construction risk and natural risk;The fourth part,based on the analytic hierarchy process,analyzes the effectiveness of various risk factors in the construction of the risk assessment system for the public toilet renovation project,and then uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the risk level of the public toilet renovation project,and obtains the risk assessment results of the whole public toilet renovation project;The fifth part,according to the risk identification and evaluation results,uses the project risk response strategy theory to formulate scientific and reasonable risk response measures for the public toilet renovation project.Through this study,it is concluded that through the risk management study of the public toilet renovation project in a district of Yantai,the risk ranking of the five criterion-level risks identified is: technical risk,construction risk,management risk,natural risk,and policy risk.The overall risk level of the project belongs to the general level risk,and the overall risk of the project is controllable.Through the early intervention of various risk factors identified and evaluated by the project,Taking scientific and effective measures to deal with risks can ensure the smooth implementation of the project,thus promoting the healthy development of local municipal engineering construction.
