Investigation And Analysis Of Utilization Of Livestock And Poultry Manure Resources In Longyan City

At present,the problem of livestock and poultry breeding pollution is becoming increasingly prominent,which has become a major problem in rural environmental governance.Longyan City lies in the west of Fujian Province.It is a big pig breeding city.The large amount of livestock and poultry breeding wastes has caused increasingly serious environmental pollution problems.At the same time,it has also affected the city’s ecological civilization construction to a certain extent and has become a problem that needs to be solved urgently.In order to actively respond to the national environmental protection policy and improve the level of resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure,Longyan City has successively explored and issued relevant measures to effectively solve the problem of resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure.Longyan City has made some achievements and experience through three years of practice.The author has carried out investigations and researches on this work,aiming to understand the current situation and problems of livestock and poultry manure resource utilization in Longyan City,analyze the reasons for better results,and summarize the experience.Through interviews and investigations,the author made a detailed understanding of the livestock and poultry breeding conditions,the utilization of manure resources,and the supporting conditions of manuretreatment facilities in the 7 counties(cities,districts)of Longyan City.The data were mainly obtained through the investigation,the direct reporting information system of large-scale farms and the livestock production report records.The survey results show that Longyan City can earnestly implement the superior policies,strengthen the implementation of responsibilities,improve the institutional system,and improve support policies in the prevention and control of pollution in the breeding industry.The funds are in place in a timely manner,and the treatment effect is obvious.The matching rate of manure treatment facilities and equipment in large-scale farms is 100%,which is 17.15%higher than that in 2017,and the utilization rate of fecal sewage resources is 94.14% and 19.91% higher than that in 2017.The utilization of sewage resources has achieved remarkable results.Through the questionnaire survey of 300 farmers in 7 counties(cities,districts)of Longyan City,the results show that the farmers’ awareness rate of aquaculture pollution prevention and control of laws and regulations should be improved,the government should strengthen the training and publicity of fecal sewage treatment technology,supervise and rectify,subsidize the upgrading and transformation of projects,and improve the farmers’ understanding of the benefits of the utilization of fecal sewage,and the farmers’ awareness of the benefits of the utilization of manure Facility allocation had significant effect(P<0.01).Byinvestigating and studying the influence of different factors on the allocation rate of manure waste treatment facilities for the resource utilization of farmers,it can provide reference and reference for the follow-up work of livestock and poultry breeding manure resource utilization.
