Unreasonable and unscientific treatment of livestock and poultry manure will cause environmental degradation and ecological destruction,and the inability of scientific and effective use of manure is also a great waste of resources.The resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure is an important part of improving the rural living environment,building beautiful villages,implementing rural revitalization,and developing rural tourism.Suxian District is an important breeding county in Hunan Province,one of 586 counties in the whole country to promote the project.Strengthening its resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure can better promote the resource utilization of the entire Chenzhou City,optimize the development environment of Chenzhou’s tourism industry,and promote the development of rural tourism in Suxian District.Based on on-site investigations in Suxian District,access to relevant documents,collection of relevant data,and system analysis,this article has obtained the following main conclusions.(1)The utilization mode of livestock and poultry resources in Suxian District includes the mode of "combination of planting and breeding-returning to the field",the mode of "three reforms and two divisions and reuse",the mode of "agriculture and animal husbandry-ecological recycling" and the mode of "livestock and poultry manure".There are four modes of "centralized processing and processing of organic fertilizer".(2)The construction of resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure includes five categories.The first is the construction of farm manure treatment facilities,the second is the construction of regional manure centralized treatment facilities,the third is the construction of large-scale biogas comprehensive utilization facilities,the fourth is the construction of manure and biogas liquid digestion,and the fifth is the construction of manure detection in Suxian District..(3)Suxian District requires 123.94kg/hm~2 of manure nutrients per unit of arable land,and 98.23kg/hm~2 of manure nutrient supply.The local arable land crops can completely absorb the amount of manure produced by livestock and poultry breeding;engineering construction is combined with the existing The site conditions are newly built or renovated,and there is no need to add new land,and each implementation entity has gone through the land lease contract and other procedures,and only needs to further improve the relevant land use procedures according to the actual needs of the respective land;the project implementation process
