The economic development speed of Jilin Province is relatively fast,the living standards of residents in Jilin Province are also changing,increasing people’s demand for livestock products.and they are committed to the development of livestock and poultry breeding,and the development effect is better.China’s animal husbandry breeding model has been developed in a more large-scale and intensive direction,which is as follows: its advantages are that the use of large-scale breeding in China’s animal husbandry not only reduces the cost of livestock and poultry breeding,but also improves the breeding efficiency;Its disadvantage is that it will cause a disconnect between agriculture and animal husbandry,and the problem of livestock and poultry manure discharge will pose a threat to the ecological environment of Jilin Province.According to the relevant statistics of the environmental protection department,one of the main ways of agricultural pollution in China is the pollution caused by livestock and poultry breeding.Therefore,the resource utilization of livestock and poultry breeding waste in Jilin Province and the countermeasures will become an important task for the development of animal husbandry in Jilin Province at present and even in the future.This paper adopts the main research methods of case analysis method,quantitative analysis method,qualitative analysis method and actual investigation method,through the analysis of the construction of resource utilization facilities,the mode of resource utilization and typical cases in Jilin Province,as well as the amount of livestock and poultry manure in Jilin Province in recent years and its utilization mode,according to the above analysis and research,to find out the problems existing in the resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure in Jilin Province,such as insufficient manure treatment facilities and low utilization rate,low secondary utilization level of manure,and the combination of breeding and breeding,The supervision of relevant departments is insufficient.And put forward corresponding solutions:First,change the original ideological concepts;The second is the common development of planting and breeding,which is combined with each other;The third is to increase capital investment and increase the enthusiasm of small and medium-sized livestock and poultry farmers to participate;Fourth,relevant departments should strengthen management.The main contents and results of each chapter of this article are as follows:The first chapter first explains the research background and research content of this article,and explains the overall structure of this article.The current situation at home and abroad is analyzed from four aspects: the impact of livestock and poultry breeding waste on the environment,the treatment of livestock and poultry breeding waste,ecological management and livestock and poultry breeding waste.The second chapter explains the meaning,characteristics and classification of the relevant concepts of aquaculture waste and resource utilization.The third chapter analyzes the large-scale situation of livestock and poultry breeding industry in Jilin Province according to the annual amount of livestock and poultry breeding waste generated in Jilin Province,as well as the calculation of the total amount of livestock and poultry manure discharge in Jilin Province and the land load.Chapter FOUR,on the basis of the above,in-depth investigation and study of the current situation and utilization mode of livestock and poultry breeding waste resource utilization in Jilin Province,through the analysis of the current situation and utilization mode of livestock and poultry breeding waste resource utilization in Jilin Province,explore the problems of the resource utilization of existing livestock and poultry breeding waste in Jilin Province,combined with the current status quo of resource utilization of livestock and poultry breeding waste in Jilin Province and the level of technical equipment,briefly explain the problems existing in the resource utilization of livestock and poultry breeding waste in Jilin Province.The fifth chapter summarizes the current problems in the recycling of livestock and poultry breeding wastes in Jilin Province and analyzes the causes of them.Chapter six proposes relevant countermeasures and suggestions based on the problems existing in the development of livestock and poultry breeding in Jilin Province at this time as elaborated in this article.
