Research On Municipal Solid Waste Management And Countermeasures In Wufeng Tujia Autonomous County

With the rapid development of urbanization,people’s living standards have been improving and the amount of household waste has been increasing.Garbage management has become an important part of urban management in various regions,which is directly related to the overall urban environment and daily life of citizens.In recent years,the management of domestic garbage in China has made some achievements based on the joint efforts of the Chinese government and citizens.The treatment of domestic garbage in both urban and rural areas has been improved to some extent.However,as a whole,China’s garbage management needs further improvement and optimization,and many problems have not been solved.The reason is that the collection and classification of urban household garbage in garbage treatment are relatively complex,while the treatment of garbage in most areas of China is still scattered and fragmented,leading to the basic failure of garbage treatment to develop towards integration and seamless direction.In his speech at the national conference on ecological and environmental protection in May 2018,President Xi pointed out that We should uphold the principle of harmony between man and nature,giving priority to conservation,protection and natural restoration,and protect the ecological environment as we do our eyes,and treat the ecological environment as we do our lives,so that the natural and ecological beauty will live on in the world forever,bringing peace,harmony and beauty back to nature.As one of the works directly related to environmental protection,garbage treatment should be carried out in the principle of environmental protection,high efficiency and energy conservation.Firstly,this paper expounds the background,significance,research purpose,research method,innovation and characteristics of this paper,and expounds the value of this paper.At the same time,it summarizes the relevant theoretical content of domestic and foreign scholars,providing guidance for the subsequent writing of this paper.Secondly,this paper analyzes in detail the theoretical basis involved in this paper,namely the theory of holistic governance.Thirdly,this paper summarizes the status quo and problems of municipal solid waste management in wufeng tujia autonomous county.Concluded five mountains tujia autonomous county,city life garbage governance problems are: less garbage scattered governance responsibility department,participate in the governance body,garbage disposal way of the single,the garbage recycling utilization rate is low,and produce these problemsinto because of imperfect laws and regulations,insufficient management mechanism,source of funds,narrow the propaganda effect is not obvious.Finally,I according to analysis of problem put forward the corresponding solutions,including the integrate government resources,coordinate social participation,reshape the value concept,in the context of environmental protection,further enhances the working efficiency of the five mountains of municipal solid waste management,also for other areas in China to carry out the urban living garbage management work provide certain reference.
