Research On Evaluation Of Urban Ecological Security In Hebei Province Based On PSR Model

The economy,society and culture of Hebei Province have made great progress with the acceleration of urbanization.Due to the agglomeration effect,some negative impacts are brought about,including environmental problems such as environmental pollution and excessive exploitation of resources,as well as economic and social problems such as shortage of housing and transportation resources,insufficient green space,and backward development of science,education,culture and health.How to improve the level of urban ecological security in Hebei Province is not only the focus of the government of Hebei Province,but also the requirement of building the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei ecological environment support area and constructing the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional ecological space security pattern.Firstly,this paper defined the concept of ecological security and urban ecological security by combing the domestic and foreign ecological security evaluation and the research results of ecological security evaluation in Hebei Province,and then discussed the connotation of urban ecological security by combining the sustainable development theory,system theory and resource endowment theory.Secondly,the paper analyzed the natural system status of cities in Hebei Province from the aspects of atmospheric environment,water environment and human settlement environment,the economic and social system status from the aspects of economic development,industrial structure and social development,and the regional differences between the natural environment status and economic and social environment status of 11 cities.Thirdly,according to the PSR model,we constructed the evaluation index system of urban ecological security in Hebei Province consisting of 1 target layer,3 project layers,10 element layers,and 21 basic indicators,and calculated the evaluation results and correlation degree through the comprehensive index method and the grey relational degree method.Fourth,it evaluated the calculation results,analyzed the change trend of various indexes and the change of ecological security level in Hebei Province and 11 cities from 2011 to 2018,and extractd the key factors affecting the urban ecological security in Hebei Province.Finally,combined with the situation analysis,evaluation results of the research conclusions and the actual situation of Hebei Province,we put forward some suggestions to improve the level of urban ecological security in Hebei Province.
