Changes Of Ecological Environment Quality And Its Influencing Factors In Hebei Province

From the natural and man-made perspective, and combined with the geographical andeco-environment’ characteristics of Hebei Province and each of its ecological regions. for thecharacteristics in different ecological regions, combined with the natural, human point of view,reselect the nature, resources and human social, including26applicable to the environmentalevaluation indicators from different ecological region, to establish the grading standards andeco-environment quality evaluation indicators system. Conduct a detailed analysis andaggregate of the each evaluation factors’ datum in different ecological region from2008to2012. On this basis, using AHP yaahp6.0to determine a reasonable indicators layer and theweights of evaluation factors, evaluate the quality of the eco-environment in Hebei of eachecological region.On the basis of ecological environment quality indices as the final results of theevaluation, the correlation analysis, and showed that, from2008to2012, Hebei integratedeco-environment quality indices were2.8709、2.9576、3.0782、3.1805and3.2510,theecological environment quality is poor. Among them, the natural conditions andanthropogenic factors of the area generated greater influence. The eco-environment qualityindices of Bashang plateau ecological regions were4.8514、4.5964、4.7506、4.8565and4.8154, Ecological environment quality is in general, although the relevant agencies has takensome measures to management the regional eco-environment and improved the ecologicalenvironment conditions, but the overall trend is still not optimistic. The eco-environmentquality indices of mountain ecological regions were2.4994、2.8464、2.8915、2.9995and3.1966, the ecological environment quality is poor, system functions of eco-environment isfragile. The eco-environment quality indices of plains were2.9845、2.9328、3.0972、3.1960and3.1960, ecological environment quality is adverse, which factors deep influence indemographic pressures, water scarcity and ecology disasters.The analysis of Comprehensive evaluation results are as follows：Bashang Plateau eco–environment regions Quality from2008to2012are better than mountains, plains ecologicalregions, but the overall score is not satisfactory, The vegetation degradation phenomenaoccurs, for Social Development caused larger amount of pollution emissions, brought hiddendanger of pollution to the eco-environment of Bashang plateau region. Mountain eco-regionsgot the lowest index in all aspects, reflected in changes of natural conditions and the absenceof resource amount, and the impact of natural disasters, the soil erosion problem is more serious and difficult to control; the plains ecological environment has a poor quality,embodied in aspects of the population pressure, resources ownership, biological disasters andsocial systems, Mainly due to dense population greater pressure on the ecologicalenvironment, the developed transportation network, rapidly socio-economic development andhigh speed of urbanization process of the region, the human and social increasing the volumesof demands and obtains for the environment, leading to ecological deficit, which in responsethe aspects of changes in the ecological environment quality.Based on the relevant data such as ecological environment, human and society, etc, inHebei province, the relations between the factors of the study area and the impact on theecological environment were analyzed. According to the results, the ecological environmentprotection policy will be adjusted an improved. The paper concludes some protection withaiming, integrity and timeliness. Environmental protection, saving and the knowledge of laws and regulationsmust be incorporated into everyday life.
