The City's Ecological Security Assessment Of Shanxi Province

With the fast development of current industrialization and urbanization,modern cities are faced with various kinds of pressures,of which the urban environment is difficult to be solved effectively at this stage.Urban ecological security problems have become an increasing cause for concern.And it is a higher demand to the protection of urban ecological security as to the putting forward of the concept of sustainable development.How to resolve this contradiction is a current problem all the countries are facing.In this paper,based on the study of the concept and connotation of ecological security and urban ecological security,the pressure-state-response framework for model of evaluation system,the city's ecological security evaluation is studied with 11 cities of Shanxi Province as the study objects and 23 evaluation indicators selected.In the specific evaluation process,the safety level of the city's ecological was divided into five levels,as ideal safe, safer,critically safe,not safe and the worst safe,using entropy and mean square methods to determine the weight of various indicators in the evaluation system and employing the main component analysis,the fuzzy overall evaluation,grey relation degree method to evaluate the ecological security of the city,and by drawing on ArcGIS,the results of the evaluation are output visualized and are more intuitive.Based on the evaluation of the results,the current state of urban ecological security and the different level of ecological safety are studied,as shown:the level of ecological safety in Shanxi Province was poor and not yet reached a safer level.Taiyuan,Changzhi,and Jincheng rank higher,the results were the criticality safety;Linfen,Yuncheng,Luliang rank lower,the evaluation results were the worst safe;Datong,Yangquan,Xinzhou rank middle,the evaluated results were unsafe.Evaluation of the results were basically matched with the actual situation,which verified the selected index system and the evaluation method feasible.Finally,according to the evaluation results of urban ecological security of Shanxi Province and the attribution of all the indicators to the urban eco-security,this paper puts forward the corresponding solutions.In this paper,results of the research provide a reference to urban eco-security studies of Shanxi Province,which has a certain relevance and guidance.
