| Along with the advancement of urbanization and sustained rapid growth of economy,energy and resources consumption continues to increase,air pollution control has become an urgent problem to be solved in our country.At present,China’s air pollution present the characteristics of compound pollution and regional pollution.However,China’s air pollution control is limited by administrative areas,ignoring the overflow characteristics of air pollution,which makes it difficult to achieve good governance effect.Therefore,regional governance has become the main direction of air pollution control in China.Effective region division is the foundation of regional governance.In the study of the regional characteristics of air pollution,the researchers mainly adopt individual air quality index and lack study of multiple air quality,which makes it difficult to meet the requirements of air management decision.From the perspective of collaborative governance,this paper takes Jiangsu province as an example to explore the regional characteristics and influencing factors of air pollution and provide countermeasures for the air pollution control in Jiangsu province.For spatial distribution characteristic of air pollution in thirteen cities,panel data grey relation clustering model and grey entropy inspection model are built to divide air pollution control area.And the space-time characteristicsregional and social economic characteristics of each region are explored.The key influencing factors of air pollution in various regions are identified by using grey correlation technology,which can provide effective support for improving the efficiency of air pollution control in Jangsu province.The specific contents of the study are mainly reflected in the following aspects:(1)The research area of this paper is defined as Jiangsu province.Its natural geography and social economic status are analyzed.And the overall trend of air pollution in Jiangsu province is studied from the three dimensions of time,including year,month and day.Eight provinces and cities are selected to compare the characteristics of air pollution in Jiangsu province.(2)According to the panel data characteristics of pollution index,panel data grey relation clustering model and grey entropy test model are built.The thirteen cities in Jiangsu province are divided into four major pollution areas.After that,social and economic characteristics and air pollution spatio-temporal characteristics of the four regions are analyzed.(3)Based on the grey correlation technology,the contribution of various pollutants to the air pollution index in the four regions is calculated.According to the main sources of air pollution in various regions of Jiangsu province,the index system of influencing factors of regional air pollution was constructed and the key influencing factors of air pollution in various regions were identified.(4)On the basis of regional characteristics of air pollution,influencing factor analysis,and air pollution regional collaborative management experience at home and abroad,the coordinated management measures and suggestions for urban air pollution in Jiangsu province have been proposed. |
