Study On Ecological Security Evaluation Of Poverty Stricken Counties In Zhangjiakou City Under The Background Of Industrial Poverty Alleviation

The year 2020 is the end of building a well-off society in an all-round way in China,and the work of poverty alleviation has also entered a sprint stage.Under the background of industrial poverty alleviation,the consumption of ecological resources by economic development in poverty-stricken areas is serious,the infrastructure construction of industrial development is not fully developed,and the problems of rural environment,population aging and rural hollowing out need to be solved.Since 2016,the State Council proposed to strengthen the way of industrial poverty alleviation to help poverty alleviation,social and economic development in poverty-stricken areas has achieved steady development.However,the level of agricultural industrialization and mechanization in most areas is in the initial stage,the layout of the secondary industry is not clear,and the rural tourism industry dominated by leisure agriculture and sightseeing agriculture is also in the initial stage Industrial development still needs transformation and upgrading.The purpose of ecological security assessment is to realize the harmony between human and nature,and also to realize the sustainable development of social economy.Therefore,the ecological security assessment of poverty-stricken areas can effectively ensure the sustainable economic development of the poor areas.Based on the PSR model framework,this paper establishes the ecological security evaluation index system of poverty-stricken counties in Zhangjiakou City,determines the weight of the index factors of the ecological system in the poor areas by the entropy weighting method,and then carries out the comprehensive evaluation of the ecological security of the poverty-stricken counties in Zhangjiakou City through the gray correlation analysis method.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn: from 2013 to 2017,the ecological security status of 12 poverty-stricken areas The results show that:(1)the ecological environment of the poor areas is in good condition,and the regional economy has entered a period of breakthrough development.During 2013-2105,the ecological security level of 12 povertystricken areas was in an ideal state.From 2013 to 2014,the comprehensive ecological performance of 12 counties decreased as a whole,and remained unchanged in 2014 and 2015.(2)The economic development of poor areas is in the transition period,and the synchronous control of regional ecological environment needs to be strengthened.In 2016,the comprehensive ecological security level of Chongli district increased slightly,and the ecological security status of the remaining 11 regions showed a downward trend.The ecological security level of Zhangbei,Zhuolu and Chicheng decreased greatly.The comprehensive security status of Zhangbei and Zhuolu was in the IV sensitive state,and the ecological security status of Chicheng County was in the V-level risk state.(3)The ecological environment in poverty-stricken areas tends to be stable,which provides environmental support for the sustainable development of regional economy.In 2017,the comprehensive ecological security level of Chongli District decreased slightly,and the ecological security status of the remaining 11 regions showed an upward trend.The ecological security status of Zhuolu and Chicheng was in the general level of III,and the other 10 counties were in the ideal state of Level I.
