As the most essential part of arid area, oasis has great ecological value.Measuring the balance of supply and demand of ecosystem services can provide scientific information for oasis ecological environment protection and sustainable development and utilization of resources, and provide guarantee for ecosystem management and decision-making in oasis area.Based on GIS and POI data, this paper used In VEST model to calculate the ecosystem services in Zhangye Ganzhou District,a representative arid oasis in Gansu Province, from the spatial and temporal scale and supply and demand dimension.According to these, this paper evaluates the balance of supply and demand, and analyzes the influencing factors. Then, the FLUS model was used to simulate and predict the land use situation in Ganzhou District in2027.Based on the balance between supply and demand of oasis ecosystem services, land use prediction, and double evaluation results, the regional plan of territorial space function in Ganzhou District was formulated, and corresponding policy suggestions were put forward. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The supply and demand of ecosystem services have strong spatial differences, and different types of ecosystem services have different distribution characteristics. The riverbank and grassland around the water area provide water production services, and the demand for water resources is high in cultivated land and central urban area.Arable land provides food supply services, and the central city and surrounding towns have high demand for food.Woodland and grassland provide higher soil conservation services, while bare land is in high demand. On the whole, water production services have always been in short supply, and the deficit of supply and demand has eased slightly in the past decade. The food supply and service shows that the supply exceeds the demand, but the decrease of grain output and the increase of household demand make the supply and demand ratio decrease.Soil maintenance services are in short supply and slightly unbalanced.Land use/land cover, climatic conditions and anthropogenic activities have an important impact on the balance of ecosystem services.(2)Based on the FLUS model, this paper sets up three land use scenarios to simulate the quantity and spatial distribution of land use in Ganzhou District in 2027.Under the natural evolution scenario, cultivated land and construction land expand obviously, and a lot of other land will be developed and utilized.Under the economic development scenario, the cultivated land and construction land increased, while the area of forest land, garden land and water area decreased.Under the ecological protection scenario, woodland increased greatly while other land area decreased greatly.(3)Based on comprehensive consideration of various factors,Ganzhou District were finally divided into four major types: agricultural production guarantee area, key ecological protection area, key urban development area, and multi-functional reserve area, and then divided into 10 sub-categories in detail according to the characteristics of different regions, and the optimal allocation suggestions were put forward accordingly.(4)This article puts forward the suggestion of zoning development pertinently:to ensure the grain production capacity of the agricultural production guarantee area,to pay attention to the protection and environmental management of the key ecological protection area,to improve the utilization efficiency of the construction land in the key urban development area, and to build the multi-functional reserve area on the basis of the development of planting industry.
