Study On Inproving Performance Apprisal System Of TPD Sewage Treatment Plant Emplyees

As Green Economic in China grows rapidly,sewage treatment industry,the major player in environment protection cause,has been strongly supported by national policies.At present,economic operation transformation have been carried out in domestic sewage treatment enterprises one after another in order to strengthen organization performance and further enhance two-way value of economy and society.And it is vital for human resource department to motivate working initiative through performance appraisal,thus helping enterprises achieving business objective.To strengthen the awareness of market-oriented economy operation,the TPD sewage treatment plant in this article,which was owned and ran by local municipal government,introduced social capital to restructure enterprise under the guidance of local State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission(SASAC).Now,it is an independently operated business entity with clear property rights.Building a market-oriented performance appraisal is becoming a pivotal role in cost decreasing and benefit increasing,improving enterprise performance.This thesis studies on works of optimizing performance evaluation mechanism in TPD wastewater treatment plant with method of questionnaire survey,interview and case study.The major contents are as follows.First,discuss the concepts and approaches of performance evaluation theoretically;second,point out the existing issues after a full analysis on the current performance evaluation mechanism and analyze them by combining the theory of performance appraisal with specific practice;third,systematically elaborate the importance and necessity of improving performance evaluation mechanism again and redesign,optimize its plans,programs and contents;last,review and verify the operation of performance evaluation mechanism and summarize its effects.Given the positive feedback provided by the enterprise,it is an effective way to improve the management level of enterprise as a whole by optimizing and building a feasible performance evaluation mechanism.In addition,the author hopes that through the in-depth research on the optimization of the performance appraisal system,it can provide some reference for the relevant enterprises of sewage treatment in the aspect of performance appraisal.
