Abstract/Summary:
With the gradual globalization of domestic economic development,the market environment faced by enterprises will be more complex and diversified,and the competition among enterprises will be more and more intense.The status of human resource management is detached and plays a decisive role in the competition of enterprises.One of the important means to improve the ability of human resource management is the scientific and reasonable use of performance appraisal,which can improve the overall competitiveness of enterprises.Grass-roots employees are the most basic unit in the composition of an enterprise.The working efficiency and enthusiasm of employees can stimulate the development potential of the whole enterprise and determine the benefits of the enterprise,while a reasonable performance appraisal method can stimulate the enthusiasm of employees.At present,as domestic enterprises attach more and more importance to performance appraisal,the use of state-owned enterprise employees’ performance appraisal has also received more attention.However,there are a series of problems in the application of performance appraisal.In the field of human resources,it is very important to study the performance appraisal scheme to make it fully scientific and rational,which is particularly important for its correct implementation and application.This paper takes the basic staff of SH Olefins Plant as the research object,which is based on the theory of performance management.The development status of SH Olefin Plant and the performance assessment status of grass-roots staff were understood.By using the questionnaire method to analyze the performance appraisal of the grassroots employees,the paper finds out the cause of the problem.And then,it can find out strategies to improve performance appraisal for existing problems.By using the 360° appraisal method and key performance indicators methods,it can analyze and research the content and plan of employee performance appraisal.And then,the suggestions for improvement are produced on the performance appraisal of olefin plant employees.The paper carries out the performance appraisal optimizations for which are composed of quantitative index,index weight,performance appraisal training and other sides.And then,many safety precautions are formulated.Finally,the paper is summarized for the deficiencies.The concept and method of performance appraisal is the basis of the paper.On the basis of the practice,this paper applies modern employee performance appraisal to specific enterprise management practice.Through continuous practice and improvement,it is hoped that it can help relevant enterprises to improve employee performance,enhance employee quality and improve human resource management,and it can provide beneficial reference for other similar enterprises.
