Spatial Correlation And Effect Of New Urbanization And Ecological Environment

In recent years,excessive urban volume and deterioration of ecological environment have become common problems restricting sustainable development in China.Adhering to the development mode of "new urbanization",rational development and efficient utilization of natural resources,effective maintenance and scientific management of ecological environment quality are more and more important.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to explore the space-time relationship between new urbanization and ecological environment,and to determine the spatial effects of multiple factors affecting environmental quality,so as to promote the green and sustainable development of national economy,society and ecology,and delimit the ecological red line.This paper grasps the development trend of urbanization and the current situation of ecological environment at home and abroad,summarizes the mainstream and frontier research systems and achievements at home and abroad,explains the concept connotation and theoretical basis of new urbanization and ecological environment from multiple perspectives,and deeply analyzes their mechanism of action.Firstly,this study uses STRIPAT Model to build a model about the effects of new urbanization,per capita income,technology level,openness,industrial layout and environmental protection investment on the ecological environment.Then,the evaluation index system is constructed respectively,and the new urbanization level and environmental quality of the study area from 2008 to 2019 are measured by entropy weight comprehensive index method,taking 25 prefecture level cities in Huai River eco-economic belt as the research object.And the spatial correlation between new urbanization and ecological environment is analyzed by using the spatial correlation models of global and local types respectively.It further analyzes the distribution characteristics and evolution rules of cold hot spots in space and space.Finally,SDM model,a spatial econometric model,is used to analyze the spatial effects of new urbanization and other variables on the ecological environment.According to the results of the empirical study,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.The results show that:(1)From 2008 to 2019,the overall new urbanization level of Huai River eco-economic belt continues to improve,and the level of each subsystem also shows an upward trend.The ecological environment quality shows a trend of slow decline first and then gradually rising,the state subsystem shows a downward trend,and the pressure and response subsystem shows an upward trend.The change trend of the two general systems has obvious regional classification phenomenon,which seems to have spatial correlation.(2)The new urbanization level and ecological environment quality of the economic belt have significant global relevance in the study period,and the distribution characteristics of cold hot spots are similar.The distribution pattern of"hot East and cold in the west" is generally presented,and there are significant provincial divisions,and the trend of cold hot spots in the same provinces is relatively consistent.(3)The spatial effects of eco-environmental factors are different,and the three spatial effects of new urbanization are significantly positive.The direct and total effects of per capita wealth show a significant negative trend.The direct and indirect effects of technological level have significant positive characteristics.The indirect effect of openness is negative,but the total effect is positive.The direct and total effects of industrial layout and environmental protection investment are significant.Combined with the research conclusions,the paper puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions to improve the environmental quality of Huai River eco-economic belt,which are as follows:Practice the development mode of ecological urbanization to achieve social green and high-quality development;Construct the regional ecological linkage governance network to deepen the environmental protection cooperation of cities along the economic belt;Promote the innovation and upgrading of technical level,and coordinate and balance the industrial layout planning.Figure[7]Table[9]Reference[84]...
