Prefabricated building is not only energy saving and environmental protection,but also the quality of prefabricated components is relatively easy to control,and the construction time is relatively short compared with the traditional construction method,which is the future development direction of the construction industry.Prefab buildings have gained ground as local governments have developed favorable policies to promote them.However,on the whole,China’s prefabricated buildings have just started,and there are many uncertain risk factors in the construction process.As the methods and techniques in the construction stage of prefabricated buildings are quite different from those of traditional prefabricated buildings,the risk control of prefabricated buildings should be studied in depth.At present,there are many uncertain risk factors in the aspects of personnel,management,material selection,technology application,mechanical use and environment of prefabricated buildings,which affect the further development of prefabricated buildings.Based on the research on the safety risk of prefabricated building construction,this paper first introduces the relevant theories of the safety risk of prefabricated building construction.For example,the concept of prefab building,the identification method of risks,the control process,etc.And by using some principles and methods of risk identification primary risk factors for prefabricated construction,through the form of a questionnaire to research of qualitative indexes,and then the data reliability and validity analysis,combined with principal component analysis to eliminate risk index of invalid index,identify the risk index system.Then,SEM model component prefabricated building path map was used to fit and correct the survey data,and the weight of risk index of prefabricated building was obtained.Then,the qualitative index was comprehensively evaluated according to the fuzzy comprehensive method.Finally,based on the above evaluation results,the corresponding control measures are given,the linear equation method of exponential function is used to establish the objective function,and the relationship between investment and safety level is used to find the optimal solution.
