The construction industry is one of the major economic industries in China.In recent years,with the acceleration of urbanization,the growing demand for real estate industry and the increasingly labor costs,the construction industry urgently needs to achieve industrialized production.That is benefit by the characters of short construction period,high production efficiency,energy-saving and eco-free in the production process.However,the development of the prefabricated building system in China is still in the stage of continuous exploration.Initially,because of its concurrent construction in component design,production,transportation and unloading,the prefabricated building is easy to overlap safety risks.Secondly,because of the lack of experienced and skilled staff to meet the needs of assembly construction technology at recent stage,it is easy to cause safety accidents.Therefore,how to effectively identify and control the safety risk is very urgent in the process of promoting the development of the prefabricated building.Firstly,by using the research methods of literature review and practice,this paper used WBS-RBS analysis method to identify the influencing factors of safety risk in the process of prefabricated building,and the initial list of influencing factors of safety risk in prefabricated building is obtained.Then the questionnaire survey method is used to distribute and recycle the list.The reliability and validity of the questionnaire are analyzed by SPSS analysis software,and a complete list of factors affecting the safety risk of prefabricated building is obtained.Finally,according to the results of reliability analysis and validity analysis,an evaluation system of influencing factors of safety risk in assembly building construction is established and seven common factors are extracted,which includes 5 secondary indicators and 31 third-level indicators.Secondly,analysisied the advantages and dis advantages of the mathematical evaluation method,select AHP and Mixed Center Triangular Whitening Weight Function,the assessment model of safety risk in prefabricated building is established.This evaluation model evaluates the construction risk from the qualitative and quantitative point of view,which is scientific and reasonable.Finally,the safety risk assessment model of prefabricated building is applied to a certain prefabricated project.The application results well proved the practicability of the index system and evaluation model.According to the evaluation results of the project case,some suggestions on the management and control of key risk factors are put forward.
