| With the high-speed trend of China’s economy,the construction industry,which is the main component of the national economy,has also maintained rapid growth.However,the traditional construction industry is lagging behind in technology,wasting a lot of resources,and the disappearance of China ’s demographic dividend and stringent environmental policies.Facing these challenges,prefabricated buildings gradually show great advantages.The high risk and complexity of the construction industry cause frequent safety accidents.Especially in China,prefabricated concrete buildings are still in the stage of promotion and initiation.There is a lack of systematic research on construction safety management of prefabricated concrete buildings.At present,it is necessary to use scientific and reasonable safety evaluation methods to explore the safety management of prefabricated concrete buildings in depth and put forward corresponding control measures.First,it summarizes the current status of construction safety accidents in China from 2010 to 2018,and analyzes the types of accidents.Combining the research results of a large number of scholars and safety production laws and regulations,dangerous and harmful factors were identified in the construction process of prefabricated concrete buildings.According to the relevant theories and construction principles of the index system,the preliminary indicators for the safety evaluation of prefabricated concrete construction were determined in terms of human factors,material factors,equipment factors,technical factors,management factors and environmental factors.Based on this foundation,a large number of questionnaire surveys were conducted on industry experts.Based on the survey results,the correlation analysis method was used to optimize the preliminary indicators,and indicators with a correlation of more than medium were retained,thus establishing its construction safety evaluation index system.Then,the structure entropy was used to modify the G1 method,and the importance of the indicators was objectively calculated and sorted to avoid subjective judgment and uncertainty of experts.Combined with the subjective weight of the G1 method and the objective weight of the structural entropy weight method to determine the comprehensive weight of the index factors,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for the safety of fabricated concrete buildings is established.The actual case was verified,and the key path of construction safety of the project was found out.At the same time,the evaluation results showed that the safety level of the project is very safe,and further optimization can be made to higher safety.Finally,from the six aspects of construction safety management of prefabricated concrete buildings as the starting point,the establishment process of safety evaluation index system and the entire process of safety evaluation are analyzed,and the integration of organizational structure,toughness of production safety and engineering site intelligence are proposed.The improved safety management measures have improved the safety management level of prefabricated concrete buildings. |
