China’s economy has maintained a steady upward growth trend over the years,in which the construction industry has played a decisive role.However,with the disappearance of demographic dividend year by year,the decrease of birth population and the serious shortage of migrant workers,the labor cost gradually increases.In addition,the traditional construction uses bulk cement and produces a lot of garbage,which leads to the aggravation of environmental pollution.The above unfavorable factors seriously restrict the healthy development of the construction industry,and the change of the original cast-in-place structure has become an urgent task.The production cost of prefabricated building is relatively low,the industrialized production of components and parts is safer,the energy is more economical,and the pollution is less.It can carry out large-scale industrial production,alleviate the labor shortage,and improve the construction efficiency.However,the domestic research on the safety evaluation system of prefabricated building construction is not systematic enough.In this paper,for the influencing factors of prefabricated building construction safety,17 factors are selected to conduct a more extensive and in-depth study.In this thesis,through consulting the national level construction safety management standards,previous research results on this issue,on-the-spot inquiry,investigation,index selection principles and other ways,From the four aspects of personnel factors,process equipment and technology,safety management and environmental factors,the PC building construction safety evaluation index system is constructed.The importance of each index system is carried out by means of questionnaire.The results of the questionnaire are analyzed with reliability and validity,and the factors with small relevance are optimized and the factors with high relevance are integrated,so as to get a more scientific and reasonable optimized index system.This thesis takes Kunlun imperial project of Quanshan District of Xuzhou as the case background,Experts are invited to score the site management of the project,The weight of each index is determined by AHP,and then the construction safety is comprehensively evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,according to the empirical case analysis of Kunlunyu project,it is concluded that under this set of construction safety evaluation index system,The safety risk of Kunlunyu project site is low,which proves that the construction safety evaluation system constructed in this paper is suitable for prefabricated construction site,and can be used for reference.According to different safety levels of prefabricated building construction,the corresponding improvement measures are put forward.
