Research On The Design Of Collection And Treatment Devices For Agricultural Organic Waste In Northern Liaoning

At this stage,China’s agriculture is developing rapidly with the trend of large-scale and intensive.With the increase of agricultural production,the emission of agricultural organic waste is gradually increasing,too.According to statistics,the total amount of agricultural organic waste produced in China is about 1.4 billion tons every year,among which livestock and poultry excrement is more than 1 billion tons and other organic waste is about 100 million tons.However,there is no reasonable and unified collection and treatment method for these large-scale agricultural organic wastes in many rural areas of China,and most of them are randomly piled up and landfill,turning the "resources" into the "pollution sources".Therefore,it is of great significance to study the efficient and reasonable collection and treatment way of agricultural organic waste,which improves the rural living environment,promotes the sustainable development of agricultural economy,and builds the social ecological civilization.This paper takes three types of agricultural organic waste as the research objects,including human excrement,livestock and poultry excrement and kitchen waste.By means of literature reading,field research,systematic analysis,problem induction and other methods,first conduct in-depth research on the collection and treatment methods of agricultural organic waste at home and abroad and related exploratory cases.Then it analyzes the actual situation in the north of Liaoning province,studies the development of rural household toilets and cattle houses according to the sources of agricultural organic waste.Combined with the characteristics of rural areas in the northern of Liaoning province,the design needs of the household toilets,cattle house and kitchen waste pretreatment device were determined.Thus,the collection and treatment device of agricultural organic waste is researched and designed on the basis of biogas fermentation technology.The innovation of this paper is to build a beautiful new countryside,promote the revolution of rural toilets and garbage classification as the orientation.Aiming at the source of generation of agricultural organic waste,rural household toilets and cattle houses are rebuilt and kitchen waste pretreatment devices are designed,so as to form a unified and standardized agricultural organic waste collection and treatment device.The collection and treatment device realizes the maximum collection of these three types of agricultural organic waste from the source,and provides a new scheme for the collection and treatment of agricultural organic waste.
