Study On Construction Of Cadre Team Of Eco-environment System In B District Of Chongqing

The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)incorporated ecological progress into the overall plan of "five-in-one".As a result,ecological and environmental protection has become increasingly important,and both the central and local governments have attached greater importance to ecological and environmental protection.The ecological environment system is the main battlefield in the battle against pollution prevention and control.The cadres of the ecological environment system are the main force in the great responsibility of ecological environment protection,the solid backing force for the long-term development of the ecological environment cause,and shoulder more arduous tasks of The Times.Therefore,to strengthen the development of ecological environment,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of cadres in the ecological environment system and help the cause of ecological environment protection.Of the cadres team construction at home and abroad in this paper,in combination with research of relevant theories and research literature,through investigation and analysis of related statistical data,first of all,the construction of B area ecological environment system of cadres in chongqing objectively describes the analysis of the status quo,the second for B area ecological environment system illustrates the problems existing in the cadre troop construction,and studies deeply the reasons of the problem;Finally,the countermeasures to strengthen the construction of cadres in the ecological environment system in zone B are discussed.The following basic conclusions are drawn in this paper:First,the construction of cadre team of ecological environment system in B district of chongqing presents the basic status quo of insufficient number of environmental protection personnel,backward thought of construction of environmental protection cadre team,insufficient momentum of self-development of environmental protection cadres,insufficient incentive mechanism and insufficient humanistic atmosphere.Secondly,the main problems in the construction of cadres in the ecological environment system in B district of chongqing are as follows: the number of cadres in the environmental protection team is small,which cannot meet the needs of economic and social development;Problems such as inadequate cadre incentive mechanism and lack of strong culture within the system have affected the enthusiasm of cadres and officials of environmental protection teams to start their own businesses,which will affect the development of environmental protection in the long run.Third,to strengthen the construction of ecological environmental system cadres in B district of chongqing,efforts should be made to strengthen the attention of environmental protection departments,consolidate the power of environmental protection departments,improve cadre incentive measures,enrich cadre training methods,and strengthen the humanistic care within the system.
