In the human resource management system,human resource training is an indispensable part,for China's coal geology industry,staff training is an important work.At present,China's social reform is advancing in depth,and coal geological enterprises are also undergoing rapid transformation and development.In this process,it is necessary to get the support of talents.In the coal geological system,the cadre is the core part of the personnel team and the mainstay of the enterprise.Whether this kind of people have higher comprehensive quality is directly related to whether each work can be promoted effectively or not.However,the promotion of the comprehensive quality of cadres must rely on the construction of a set of enterprises.Perfect and mature training performance evaluation system.But from the reality,many coal geological enterprises in the training of cadres appear many problems,such as training is not comprehensive,the effect is not outstanding,assessment is not strict and so on.Based on this,this paper starts with the training of cadres in coal geological system,according to the present investigation situation,puts forward problems,analyzes problems,solves problems,and summarizes the ideas of improving.The purpose of this paper is to establish a performance evaluation system of cadre training for modern coal geological enterprises in order to provide a certain reference for the improvement of human resource management in our country's coal geological system.With the continuous changes in the market economy,the competition of coal mining enterprises has brought greater pressure on the development of enterprises.Having a highly qualified and highly qualified professional workforce with a competitive level has obvious competitive advantages for enterprises.The JX Coalfield Geological Bureau has chosen multiple industries to implement the development strategy and vigorously developed diversified operations.Therefore,it is more necessary for many talented people to take on this important task and further enhance the coal field by strengthening the education and training of the employees.Geological Bureau's level of competition.Coal mine cadre training is an effective means to enhance the competitiveness of coal field geological systems.It is of great significance to improve the quality of human resources management of coal mining key issue for the study of coal mining companies and is an inevitable outcome of society and the development of the times.Therefore,cadre training is not only the key direction of enterprise work,but also the key subject of coal mining enterprise research,which is the inevitable outcome of the development of society and times.To improve the performance of cadre training is necessary and important means to enhance the competitiveness of coal-field enterprises.Although many coal geological enterprises in our country have made active efforts to strengthen the training of cadres,the existing problems can not be ignored,but the training efficiency is low,and the problems of paying attention to the training scale and neglecting the training quality are particularly prominent.This article aims at this,mainly by guiding the training management department to further integrate the advanced training concepts with the training concepts of the Bureau of Geology.After deeply integrating the characteristics of its own departments,it further integrates with the actual needs of the grassroots geological departments to upgrade the talents of the Geological Bureau.The training efficiency of the author hopes to explore training performance issues,guide training management departments to strengthen the weak links,and constantly strengthen the pertinence of training work,in-depth combination of the actual needs of grass-roots geological departments,combined with advanced training concepts to continuously improve and enhance the effectiveness of training.To improve the performance of cadre training is necessary and important means to enhance the competitiveness of coal-field enterprises.Although many coal geological enterprises in our country have made active efforts to strengthen the training of cadres,the existing problems can not be ignored,but the training efficiency is low,and the problems of paying attention to the training scale and neglecting the training quality are particularly prominent.The contents of this study are as follows:Firstly,the background and significance of this study are discussed.The status quo of related research at home and abroad is analyzed.The research content and research methods of this paper are elaborated and explained in detail.Then,analyze the status quo of JX coal field cadre system training work.Based on the evaluation theory of human resource training,an investigation was conducted on the training of the cadres of the JX coal field geology system.The basic situation and organizational framework of the JX coalfield geology bureau was introduced.The basic human resources situation of the unit was statistically analyzed and the JX coal field geology system training was analyzed.The status of work.Secondly,a detailed study was conducted on the JX coal field cadre training performance evaluation index system.Select the evaluation model that is suitable for the unit,that is,the American Kosyll four-level training evaluation model.Divide the indicators into four dimensions as the first-level indicators,and filter out some of the second-level indicators according to the consolidated literature,through membership analysis,discriminatory power analysis,and correlation.Analyze and other empirical methods to filter indicators,and finally determine the indicators of the performance evaluation index system of the unit.Thirdly,evaluate the training performance of the JX coal field geology and system cadres.Using improved analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to assign weight to each first-level and second-level indicators,then using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the performance of JX coal field geological system cadre training,analyze and analyze the results of the analysis of the data,and explain the existing problems and causes..Finally,it is the goal of improving the training performance of cadres.Learn from foreign excellent experience,conduct investigations and analysis,and compare the results of the research data,put forward the goal of improvement,and improve the measures accordingly.Finally,for the conclusions and prospects of the research,this paper summarizes the main research conclusions of this article,and explains the research inadequacies and the outlook for the future.
