Abstract/Summary:
For Chinese enterprises,the implementation of Scientific Outlook on Development,one important way is to people-oriented,staff training,update the training concept,innovative training methods,improve the training system,allowing employees to continuously enhance the innovation ability of creation.Through individual ability,enhance the overall competitive ability of the enterprise and the ability to withstand market risks,make the training to become a bridge complement each other grow together,employees and enterprises.Enterprise staff training work perfect,has become an important way for enterprise to realize its human resources or human capital appreciation.From the current status of coal enterprise FK group cadre training,the learning organization theory,humanism theory as the theoretical basis,using the method of questionnaire investigation,literature analysis,problems of FK group cadre training in training the main responsibility is not in place,lack of training needs of teachers,lack of talents such as analysis,find out the cause of the problem,and then put forward the concept of advanced training,establish the training system,the introduction of teachers,establish training evaluation system and a series of solutions,thus providing a set of feasible measures for FK group management cadre training.
