Chinese national park system was first proposed in 2013.After many years of toplevel design and deployment, more than ten system pilots have been established, including the Sanjiangyuan,Qilian Mountains, and Pudacuo.Among which Hainan tropical rain forest national park system pilot was established the latest and relevant research fields were relatively blank. The eco-tourism resources of Hainan Tropical Rainforest National Park have multiple attributes of natural resources and human resources, and related resources are both fragile, complex and non-renewable.Research on balancing regional protection and development is more urgent and important. The tourism capacity is a key issue in the protection and development of nature reserves. In the past, capacity research focused on the control of "the number of tourists".Practice has proved that a single value has limitations in the regulation of tourism capacity. The current research on tourism capacity of general scenic spots is not very pertinent, and the control methods cannot meet the actual needs of national parks, and the tourism capacity cannot play a good role. This study combed the domestic and foreign tourism capacity research, tourism perception research and related basic theories.Guided by LAC theory, the mental capacity perception indicators were screened out based on relevant research literature at home and abroad.Constructed an indicator system of residents’ psychological capacity consisting of four aspects: economic impact perception, environmental impact perception, social impact perception, and cultural impact perception. And constructed a tourist psychological capacity indicator system consisting of four aspects: service impact perception, environmental impact perception, social impact perception, and cultural impact perception. The two tourism psychological capacities together constitute the tropical rain forest national park’s eco-tourism psychological capacity, which is applied to the investigation and study of the tourist psychological capacity of the tropical rain forest scenic spot in Wuzhishan Shuiman River tropical rainforest scenic area. The results of the questionnaire were quantified and weighted through the Likert scale and the analytic hierarchy process. The results of the study showed that the ecological tourism psychological capacity(66.2 points)of the Wuzhishan Shuiman River tropical rainforest scenic spot was in the appropriate load range.Among them, the social impact Perception, perception of environmental impact, perception of economic impact, and perception of service impact have a certain enhancement effect on the psychological capacity of Shuiman River tropical rainforest ecotourism, while the perception of cultural impact has a certain degree of weakening. Finally, based on the perception of residents and tourists on the psychological capacity of ecotourism in the Shuiman River tropical rainforest scenic spot, corresponding adjustment strategies are proposed:(1)Scenic services must improve service quality and enrich service content;adhere to environmental protection and create green eco-tourism products.(2)In terms of environmental protection,it is necessary to emphasize the focus of resource protection and establish a corresponding monitoring and regulation guarantee system;encourage residents to participate in the formation of a long-term protection mechanism;enhance the environment and improve the living environment.(3)In terms of cultural inheritance and protection,it is necessary to focus on exploring cultural connotations, creating cultural characteristic tourism products;protecting traditional skills and inheriting national culture;combining the development of cultural industries and attaching importance to the re-creation of cultural heritage. With a view to contributing to the construction of Hainan Tropical Rainforest National Park.
