In the past 40 years of reform and opening up,especially in the past 20 years,the government has deepened its reform and changed from a "full-functional government" to a "service-oriented government".The market has become the leading role in resource allocation,greatly stimulating the intellectual resources and creativity of the whole society.The private economy has developed rapidly and become an important part of the national economy.Family owned private enterprises account for 90% of the private enterprises in China,which is the main form of private economy.Their growth and health are very important to the private economy.Top management team is the center of enterprise management.It influences the survival and development of enterprise and the sustainable performance of organization from development strategy,enterprise management,organization management,operation supervision,risk control and so on.There are many factors that affect the construction of senior management team in family business,including paternalistic decision-making,low trust,irregular system,mismatching of responsibilities,rights and interests,family business culture and so on.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the construction of senior management team in family private enterprises to promote the healthy and sustainable development of private enterprises and even private economy.The research object of this paper is a typical family private enterprise,which is located in the Yangtze River Delta area where private enterprises are concentrated.The enterprise has gone through the period of start-up and growth,and now it is entering the stage of rapid development through diversified expansion.However,in the process of diversified group development,there are many problems in the enterprise management,especially the problems of the top management team in the organizational structure,which deserve special attention.Based on the theory of senior management team building,this paper studies the characteristics of family a enterprises and the common characteristics of family private enterprises in China,and puts forward the thinking of senior management team building of "target system,power optimization,institutional trust,cultural reorganization" for family a enterprises.Through sorting out and decomposing the company’s development objectives,establishing a clear development direction,decomposing the strategic objectives layer by layer,and effectively condensing the loose members into a team with systematic objectives;through in-depth job analysis and professional ability analysis,optimizing the scope and power of the current members of the senior management team,realizing the optimal allocation of human rights and improving the enterprise performance;through The construction of institutionalized trust system forms a collaborative culture of senior management team,improves decision-making efficiency and quality;through the standardization and publicity of corporate culture system,as well as the self-cultivation of leaders,achieves the recognition of all employees on the mission and vision of the enterprise and forms a strong internal power.Finally,on the basis of the construction plan of senior management team,this paper puts forward four supporting measures: the self-cultivation of enterprise owners,the test of cultural matching,the introduction of key talents,the withdrawal mechanism of senior managers,and many measures to ensure the implementation and implementation of the construction plan.Through the study of the relevant theories and tools of private economy,family business and senior management team,starting with the specific operation status of a family private enterprise,this paper analyzes and digs into the restrictive factors that affect the development of the enterprise,separates the problems in the construction of senior management team,and finally makes solutions through theoretical guidance and practical experience.I hope that through this study,it can provide help for the construction of a company’s senior management team and the development of the company’s operation.At the same time,it can also add a new perspective for many experts and scholars who are studying the private economy,and make a little contribution to the healthy and sustainable development of the private economy in China.
