A Study On The Impact Of China Molybdenum Environmental Responsibility On Enterprise Performance

In recent years,people pay more and more attention to the problem of enterprise pollution.In 2017,beautiful scenery and green hills and mountains were the nineteen main reports of Xi Jinping.The government at all levels also strengthened environmental regulation.However,many private enterprises still had illegal sewage disposal or exceed the standard of sewage discharge.Xi Jinping has repeatedly stressed the need to actively promote the work of Party building in private enterprises and ensure the effective implementation of the principles and policies of the party and the state.Therefore,the party organizations of private enterprises are of great significance for promoting the construction of ecological civilization.Based on stakeholder theory,corporate environmental responsibility theory and embeddedness theory,this paper reviews the relevant literature.Then this paper expounds the importance of the party organization for the performance of environmental protection responsibility of enterprises,expounds the specific path of the party organization's impact on the performance of environmental protection responsibility,and analyzes the impact of the performance of environmental protection responsibility on enterprise performance.In the case part,this paper takes Luoyang molybdenum industry of nonferrous metals industry as the research object,trying to study the influence of the party organizations of private enterprises on promoting their environmental protection investment and improving their performance.Since 2017,the party organization of Luoyang molybdenum industry has been responding to the call of the Party Central Committee and actively disseminating environmental protection ideas.This paper mainly analyzes the changes of relevant data in 2016-2018,and draws the following conclusions:first,the influence of the party organization in private enterprises is the key factor to determine whether it can promote the investment of environmental protection in enterprises,that is,the party organization members will be effective in the important positions of the board of directors,the board of supervisors and the management Promote the implementation of environmental protection related decisions.Second,the party organizations of private enterprises can carry out environmental protection publicity activities to integrate environmental protection into daily production and operation activities.At the same time,the party organization should perform the function of supervision and cooperate with the government in environmental supervision.In addition,the party organization should also use the contact with the government to reflect the difficulties of enterprises in implementing environmental policies,and seek help in terms of funds,technology and policy information.Third,for large-scale private enterprises,increasing investment in environmental protection will enhance the reputation of enterprises,promote technological innovation,enhance product competitiveness,and then enhance enterprise performance.It is hoped that the research of this paper can give some enlightenment to the investment decision-making of private enterprises in China.
