Research On The Development Strategy Of Enterprise Rescue Team Based On Team Effectiveness Model

Since the 19th National Congress,the party and state leaders have attached great importance to the construction of the public security system,and have made important instructions for this.They have always insisted on the idea of life first and safety first,and continue to strengthen the emergency capacity building of enterprise safety production.With the establishment of the National Emergency Management Department and the promulgation of the "Emergency Regulations on Production Safety Accidents",the emergency rescue work for safety production was formally incorporated into the rule of law.The regulations stipulate that the government at or above the county level shall uniformly plan,organize and guide the enterprise emergency rescue teams within the jurisdiction,and establish professional emergency rescue teams in key industries and fields to encourage the production and operation units and other social forces in their respective regions.The emergency rescue team provides emergency rescue services to the society.However,the rescue team is currently in a state of stagnation.How to better develop the corporate rescue team and let it play a real role is worthy of our in-depth study.The paper first makes a comparative analysis of the team effectiveness model,and finds that the potential-based team effectiveness model is more suitable for studying the effectiveness of a dynamically developing team than other team effectiveness models.Obtain possible factors that affect the effectiveness of the rescue team by visiting experts in the emergency field and excellent rescue team members,and use these factors to make a questionnaire on "factors affecting the effectiveness of the rescue team team" in the rescue team and emergency management expert group Initiate a questionnaire survey in other areas.After obtaining relevant survey data,first use SPSS software to test the reliability and validity of the survey data.After passing the test,perform factor analysis on the data,extract key factors and combine the team effectiveness model to build a team effectiveness model for the enterprise rescue team.According to the model and its practical application,the strategy of how to form and improve the effectiveness of the enterprise rescue team is given from the four aspects of team formation,operation,leadership behavior and team effectiveness evaluation.The research found that during the formation stage of the rescue team,it is necessary to focus on four aspects:selection of players,system specification,team composition and guarantee mechanism;in the operation phase,focus on three aspects:training,external units,and information management;In terms of leadership behavior,the setting of decision-making power is the most important;for team effectiveness evaluation,it is mainly carried out from two aspects:performance evaluation and promotion channels.
