The activity of workers’ mutual insurance in private enterprises is an very important form and organizational form in the multi-level social security system of our country.In China,as early as the beginning of the 20 th century,the mutual assistance and guarantee form with workers as the center was born,after several decades of continuous development,the organization form of workers’ mutual insurance is becoming more and more mature,the scale has been expanding,the influence has been improving,the social effect has been increasing.To solve the special difficulties of the worker,arouse the enthusiasm of employees,and reduce the pressure on companies to hire,enhance corporate social responsibility,played an important role to the development of production.With the continuous development of China’s economy,the proportion of private economy in China’s economic field is increasing,more and more workers into private enterprises,to a certain extent more than state-owned enterprises and collective enterprises and other public enterprises,in the maintenance and implementation of the protection of the rights and interests of workers in private enterprises play an increasingly important role.Most,however,the current private enterprise employees can only enjoy the social basic medical insurance and serious illness such as health care security,along with the development of social economy,the improvement of workers’ living standard,residents medical treatment insurance demand and gradually widened the gap between basic safeguard level,the workers’ mutual insurance products to effectively safeguard to supplement to the worker,with a low cost way of resolving the high return because of the cause of the poverty problem.At the same time,the social responsibility management also gradually become the new trend of modern management of private enterprises.and the workers’ mutual insurance as a product directly related to worker interests,undertake to the worker an extra level of additional welfare guarantee.Enhance the sense of belonging of employees,able to motivate staff’s creativity and enthusiasm,it is an effective way to reflect corporate social responsibility,it plays a good role in promoting enterprise human resource management.Therefore,private enterprises to carry out the workers’ mutual insurance have a great practical significance.This paper summarizes the present situation of workers’ mutual insurance of Jiangxi private enterprises,combined with the investigation of private S company,according to panel access,case analysis,collects and analyses the related data of S company in promoting workers’ mutual insurance.Based on this,to carry out the strategy of research of the workers’ mutual insurance in Jiangxi private enterprises.While summarizing the successful experience of S company,also found some problems during this job,such us incomplete management system,the worker protection consciousness is weak,the concept of corporate social responsibility is notstrong,not enough publicity on private enterprises about this job,employees have fewer insurance options for the workers’ mutual insurance products,and so on.These problems is a big obstacle in promote the substantial development of the workers’ mutual insurance in Jiangxi private enterprises.It is hoped that through the research of this paper,combining with the good experience and practices of S company in the process of workers’ mutual insurance,we can put forward some countermeasures and suggestions suitable for the promotion of workers’ mutual insurance in Jiangxi private enterprises. |
