Civilization Construction Of Public Toilets In The Perspective Of Toilet Revolution

People have three urgent needs,defecating first.With the development of society and the expansion of people’s interaction scope,public life is more and more prosperous.Public toilets have become an essential public facility for people’s life.The construction level of public toilets is directly related to the improvement of people’s life quality.It is called a window to show the degree of regional civilization,and it is also an important facility to prevent the epidemic of infectious diseases.Since modern times,China’s public toilets have long been labeled as "dirty,disorderly,poor,less,biased",which has become a short board restricting the improvement of people’s quality of life,and also damaging the image of the country.In order to improve the level of toilet civilization,China launched a huge toilet revolution in 2015,which attracted wide attention at home and abroad.This paper is the research carried out in this social background.From the perspective of life style theory,this paper first combs and verifies the history of the evolution of public toilets civilization.On this basis,from the perspective of "three structure of life style",using qualitative research method,it empirically investigates and analyzes the construction of public toilets in Harbin.As the construction of public toilets lags behind,the supply of public toilets still presents a feature of encounter satisfaction for social demand.Through the investigation of the individual heterogeneity of toilet users,it shows their different evaluation orientation and quality status of public toilets.This paper points out that the problems in the construction of public toilets are mainly caused by social symptoms in the transitional period,and analyzes the causes from the perspectives of government behavior orientation,multiple interests and conflicts,atomization of public behavior orientation,extensive social governance and culture.This paper puts forward a systematic solution to the problems existing in the life of public toilets,and puts forward the theory of life docking in the theoretical aspect.It believes that the use of modern intelligent network technology and social workers’ services and other means will closely connect the living people and the supply system of public toilets,become a whole,and achieve real life integration.Finally,from the aspects of life ontology,life style and life docking theory,the paper puts forward policy suggestions for the construction of public toilets in Harbin.
