In recent years,the use of sanitary toilets and harmless toilets has been increasing in rural areas,and the quality of toilets has become one of the important indicators to measure the living environment in rural areas.During the 14 th Five-Year Plan period,China has been implementing the working principle of promoting rural revitalization with the "toilet revolution",and giving full play to the important role of the rural "toilet revolution" in improving rural living environment,enhancing ecological civilization and new rural construction.However,the implementation of the "toilet revolution" has been restricted by the problems of fecal pollution treatment,backward ideology of rural residents and imperfect toilet management and protection mechanism system,therefore,the rural "toilet revolution" is a still need to improve the optimization and long-term maintenance of the people’s livelihood project,must be related factors of affecting its advance work has a more comprehensive understanding and control,and fully mining and analysis of the factors which influence,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions,to better promote the "toilet revolution" to promote and carry out the work.Therefore,it has gradually become a hot topic to identify the main influencing factors faced by the promotion of rural "toilet revolution" and make quantitative evaluation of them,so as to put forward countermeasures to better implement the rural "toilet revolution".Reference international scholars research achievements,this article fully obtain the real data by the method of questionnaire and on-the-spot interview,"toilet revolution" implementation system in Xufu blocks,Longkou,using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the selection of the three primary indexes and 11 secondary indicators,in order to build the rural Xufu blocks "toilet revolution" advance work factors affecting evaluation model.After in-depth analysis,we found that the government behavior has a strong influence on it.We proposed to improve the long-term planning of "toilet revolution" from the policy height,coordinate all resources,implement the fund guarantee and talent introduction and training project.Secondly,infrastructure and puts forward to carry out from the grassroots perspective to solve the public thought and policy be born without further problems,incorporating a variety of infrastructure construction and increase investment in science and technology,and promote the new technology application materials to the toilet,form a good supplier atmosphere,make a "toilet revolution" are used to expand to a wider,more level.Farmers itself is relatively weak,but the farmer is the main body,should from the perspective of sustainable development more perfect follow-up problems existing in the management and utilization of resources,control and extension on waste processing waste processing steps and combining Xufu blocks greenhouse planting industry chain extension economic development,improving the enthusiasm of farmers in Xufu blocks.The governance of the rural "toilet revolution" is effective and scientific,and the local rural "toilet revolution" is fully integrated with the local actual situation,advancing with The Times to improve the local rural "toilet revolution",and orderly promote the process of the rural "toilet revolution".From actual conditions,this paper through theoretical and data analysis of the influence factors of advancing the work,and put forward strengthen policy propaganda,improve the cadres of the execution,to set up the multilateral mechanism,waste handling and economic development of the management integration mechanism,such as targeted,practical advice,expectations for the local rural and other area "toilet revolution" to promote a reference work.
