Study On The Temporal And Spatial Evolution Law Of Ecological Efficiency In Heilongjiang Province

The development and utilization of resources in Heilongjiang Province has greatly accelerated regional economic growth.However,with the rapid development of the economy,there have been problems such as excessive consumption of resources,environmental damage,and economic recession.In the process of development,people are increasingly aware of the importance of ecological efficiency.There are huge differences in the industrial structure,ecological input level and infrastructure construction of 12 cities in Heilongjiang Province,and the level of ecological efficiency development is also different.In this context,studying the temporal and spatial evolution of ecological efficiency in Heilongjiang Province is conducive to the practical improvement of the ecological efficiency of Heilongjiang Province.This paper first summarizes the related concepts of ecological efficiency and spatial effect,draws on the theory of ecological economic benefit,regional development gradient theory and spatial effect theory,selects the input-output index of ecological efficiency measurement in Heilongjiang Province,and uses the three-stage DEA method to pass the second stage.The SFA analysis removes the impact of external environmental factors on industrial structure,ecological input,urban infrastructure construction and fiscal freedom,and measures the eco-efficiency values of the 12 cities in Heilongjiang Province from 2007 to 2016.Using the coefficient of variation to analyze the variation trend of the spatial and temporal differences of ecological efficiency in Heilongjiang Province,the cluster analysis was used to divide the 12 cities into three gradient urban clusters.Then,through the spatial autocorrelation analysis,the traditional Markov chain probability matrix and space were constructed.The Markov chain conditional probability matrix analyzes the temporal and spatial evolution of eco-efficiency in 12 cities in Heilongjiang Province from the perspective of spatial agglomeration,time dimension and spatial dimension.Finally,based on the empirical research results,this paper proposes the following suggestions:The spatial pattern of efficiency development;the second is to implement differentiated development policies;the third is to rationally plan overall development strategies.
