| Urban Land Ecological security is the core of sustainable use of urban land resources,it is also an important part of building an ecological country.Sustainable development and utilization of urban resources must be combined with the status of urban ecological environment protection,urban land use must give priority to ecological security,and promote the establishment of an "eco-friendly" urban land use model.Taking Yunnan Province as the study area,the study on the temporal and spatial evolution of urban land ecological security and its influencing factors is conducive to improving the urban land use mode and promoting the sustainable development of urban land resources,can also provide certain reference for the government to promulgate the related policy.In this paper,16 cities in Yunnan Province are taken as the research objects.On the basis of reading a large number of literatures about land ecological security and summarizing previous research results,Guided by relevant theories,this paper objectively analyzes the general situation of the study area from the aspects of society,economy,land use structure and existing problems of urban land use,constructs an index system which can reflect the ecological security status of urban land in Yunnan Province from the angle of ecological environment,and determines the index weight by using AHP and entropy weight method.the comprehensive index method is used to calculate the comprehensive index of urban land ecological security in Yunnan Province,according to which the urban land ecological security in Yunnan Province is classified and graded and the Space-time evolution law of urban land ecological security in Yunnan Province from 2010 to 2019 is analyzed,then,from the social,economic,natural conditions and resource endowment conditions,we select the index,and use the panel data model to make a Quantitative analysis on the influencing factors of urban land ecological security in Yunnan Province,it will lay a solid foundation for putting forward scientific,reasonable and targeted policy recommendations.The main research content of this paper has four parts.The first part summarizes the research progress of urban land ecological security at home and abroad,comprehensively analyzes the existing theoretical basis of urban land ecology,and selects the suitable theory as the theoretical support of this paper,so as to do a substantial theoretical work for the subsequent empirical research;In the second part,the ecological security of urban land in Yunnan Province is evaluated and analyzed in time and space.Combined with the actual situation and characteristics of Yunnan Province,this paper selects indicators from the ecological environment point of view,constructs the index system of ecological security of urban land in Yunnan Province,evaluates its ecological security of urban land,and analyzes and studies the temporal and spatial evolution law of ecological security of urban land in Yunnan Province according to the evaluation results.In the third part,the influencing factors of urban land ecological security in Yunnan Province are studied.By combing and summarizing the existing literature,the influencing factors are selected from the perspectives of economy,society,natural conditions and resource endowment,and the dynamic panel is used to quantitatively analyze the urban land ecological security in Yunnan Province,laying a solid foundation for putting forward reasonable and scientific policy recommendations.The fourth part,the policy recommendations of urban land ecological security in Yunnan Province,is based on the evaluation results of urban land ecological security in Yunnan Province and the empirical research results of influencing factors,combining with the characteristics of urban land security in Yunnan Province,and puts forward targeted policy recommendations for optimizing urban land use patterns,promoting sustainable development of urban land resources and providing guidance and reference for the government to issue relevant policies in Yunnan Province.The study found: First,From the perspective of time series changes,the ecological security situation of urban land in Yunnan Province from 2010 to 2019 is optimistic,showing a trend of "overall increase and slight fluctuation".From 2010 to2014,the ecological security of urban land in Yunnan Province showed a fluctuating upward trend as a whole,and from 2014 to 2019,it showed a steady upward trend with increasing speed.From the perspective of spatial change,the ecological security of urban land in central and southwestern Yunnan Province is optimistic,while Zhaotong City in northeast,Nujiang Prefecture in northwest and Wenshan Prefecture in southeast are not optimistic.Secondly,in the aspect of model selection,this paper establishes a dynamic panel model,and selects the most suitable LSDVC-BB model as the main analysis object after inspection and comparative analysis;In the estimation results of LSDVC-BB model,the estimation coefficients of urbanization rate,square term of urbanization rate,comprehensive index of urban land ecological security last year,investment level of fixed assets,scientific and technological level and urban population density have passed the significance level test,which shows that these variables have a significant correlation with urban land ecological security.The main policy suggestions are as follows: first,promote the process of urbanization in a scientific and orderly way,pay attention to the improvement of quality and the development of connotation,The ecological security of urban land in Yunnan Province shows an inverted "U" shape,which shows that there are unscientific and unreasonable problems in the process of urbanization.In the process of urbanization in the future,Yunnan Province should give priority to ecology and take the road of environment-friendly urbanization.Second,increase investment in fixed assets,increase investment in environmental protection,and improve the intensity of environmental governance.Third,increase investment in science and technology education to improve the public’s comprehensive quality and awareness of environmental protection.Fourth,to control population growth and reduce population pressure.Fifth,control population growth and reduce population pressure.Fifth,adjust the industrial structure,high-end manufacturing industry and intensive development in the future. |
