| The rapid development of tourism plays an important role in promoting regional economic growth,but it is also accompanied by energy consumption and CO2emissions in the process of tourism,which is an important influence factor of climate change.Tourism ecological efficiency,as a new research field of ecological efficiency,has gradually become an important means to measure the sustainable development of tourism.How to effectively improve the ecological efficiency of tourism in the context of low-carbon development has become one of the important issues to promote the sustainable development of tourism.This paper takes 18 cities in Henan province as the research object to construct the evaluation index system of tourism ecological efficiency in Henan Province.This paper uses the Super-SBM model and GML model based on the unexpected outputs to measure the tourism ecological efficiency in Henan Province from static and dynamic dimensions.Tourism activities have obvious cross-regional mobility,tourism production and consumption behavior have significant spatial correlation.Therefore,this paper uses ESDA spatial analysis method to explore the spatial effect of tourism ecological efficiency in Henan Province.The improvement of tourism ecological efficiency needs to increase the economic benefits of tourism and reduce the negative impact of tourism on the ecological environment.Therefore,this paper uses PVAR model to simulate the interaction between tourism ecological efficiency and tourism economy,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the tourism ecological efficiency of Henan Province.The results show that:（1）During the study period,the mean value of tourism ecological efficiency（TE）in Henan province was 0.795,which fluctuated in different years,with the highest value in 2017（0.915）and the lowest value in 2012（0.725）.The mean value of TE in Jiaozuo City was the highest（1.266）and that in Xinyang City was the lowest（0.438）.（2）The contribution of pure technical efficiency to comprehensive efficiency is higher than that of scale efficiency,technological progress plays an obvious role in promoting tourism ecological efficiency,and the impact of scale efficiency is increasing.（3）The growth of tourism green total factor productivity（GTFP）in Henan province is due to the improvement of technical efficiency and technological progress,and the technological progress index is higher than the technological efficiency index,indicating that technological progress is an important motivation to promote the improvement of efficiency.（4）According to TE and GTFP,the 18 cities in Henan province are divided into four types:high efficiency high speed growth（TT）,low efficiency high speed growth（DT）,low efficiency low speed growth（DD）and high efficiency low speed growth（TD）.Only Zhengzhou and Xuchang belong to TT type growth.（5）The center of tourism eco-efficiency in Henan province is concentrated in Zhengzhou,and the distribution pattern changes from"east-west"to"south-north".The global correlation showed significant positive correlation,while the local correlation showed significant spatial distribution characteristics of"high-high concentration"and"low-low concentration".（6）The tourism ecological efficiency of Henan province is affected by scale effect,technology effect and structure effect.In addition,the spatial correlation of each city should be fully considered to provide countermeasures and suggestions,so as to further promote the tourism ecological efficiency of Henan Province. |
