Research On Rural Household Waste Management In Zhaosu County

At present,all over China is carrying out the rural residential environment and beautiful livable rural construction,the implementation of rural domestic waste management special action.Currently,China has made some achievements in the study of rural domestic waste,but still lacking of the research of underdeveloped areas.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study Zhaosu County Rural domestic waste management to promote the strategic process of rural revitalization,protect the rural ecological environment and build beautiful livable countryside.This paper takes the countryside of Zhaosu County in Xinjiang as the research area,based on the view of public governance,combining the theories of public products theory,peasant household behavior theory,and through the use of SATI software to comb the research results of domestic and foreign scholars,to determine the direction and focus of research,to make clear the research point,The definition and discrimination of the related concepts of rural domestic waste are made.The logistic model was used to analyze the factors influencing the classification behavior of household waste and the willingness to pay for the disposal of household waste.This paper sums up the problems existing in the treatment of rural domestic waste in Zhaosu County,and analyzes the reasons for the problems.Proposed to improve relevant laws and regulations and regulatory systems,achieve long-term efficiency of rural garbage treatment,strengthen government responsibilities,establish a multi-responsibility main body network with clear-cut powers and responsibilities,actively promote the marketization of waste management,and increase investment in public facilities.Raise the level of farmer households’ awareness,encourage farmers to cooperate and strengthen the coordination of farmer households,the government,and social organizations,so as to promote the strategy of rejuvenating local villages and build a beautiful and livable village.
