Study On Treatment Of Rural Domestic Waste In Jining City

With the rapid economic development of our country,the economic level and livin g conditions in rural areas have been greatly improved,and the amount of household waste and its components have gradually increased,seriously affecting the living enviro nment and quality of life of rural villagers.It is also very unfavorable for our country to achieve the goal of ecological civilization construction.With a series of policies and measures introduced by the Chinese government to rectify rural household waste,the r ural living environment in China has been greatly improved,and Jining City has achiev ed remarkable results in the management of rural household waste.Therefore,the issue of rural household waste management in Jining City has been studied in depth.It is of great practical significance.Taking Jining city as the research object,this paper goes deep into the rural areas of jining city for investigation.This paper designs the questionnaire for villagers and th e questionnaire for village cadres respectively.Based on the field research and compreh ensive questionnaire analysis of 10 villages in Jining City,the paper summarizes thehist ory,current situation and innovative features of rural waste management in Jining City,as well as the problems that have arisen in the process of governance,mainly because the policies are not perfect enough and the main subjects of governance are not diver sified enough.Villagers have poor awareness of environmental protection,insufficient sup ply of waste treatment facilities and services,lack of communication in the managemen t process,and difficulties in implementing the reduction of the source of household was te.Then,according to Ostrom’s institutional analysis and development framework,the inte rnal and external factors that affect the management of rural household wastewere the oretically analyzed,and 12 factors such as villagers’ personal characteristics and cognitio n,village characteristics,facility characteristics,and governance system were sele-cted.Ba sed on the data from the questionnaire,the influencing factors were analyzed by using descriptive analysis method and Logitic regression model.The regression results show that the higher the monthly income and educational l evel of the villagers,the better the rural waste management effect,there is a significant positive impact on the rural waste management effect.In terms of personal cognition,v illagers believe that the more serious the impact of rural domestic waste pollution,the more favorable the treatment of rural domestic waste.In terms of village characteristics,the more the population,the farther away from the town,the less obvious the governance effect,and the more garbage cans,the more obvious the governance effect.In terms o f institutional factors,whether or not there is punishment for the random dumping of g arbage is also a prominent factor that affects the management of rural household wast e.Based on this,it puts forward suggestions such as establishing and improving local g overnance policies,strengthening the promotion of diversified governance models,increasi ng publicity and strengthening environmental protection awareness,improving waste disp osal infrastructure and services,improving the "one thing,one discussion" award syste-m,an d advancing the progress of waste source reduction work.
