With the adjustment and upgrading of China's industrial structure,China will face the problem of structural imbalance of the labor force.In order to better cope with the new economic development situation,the state put forward the "1 +X Certificate System" in the Implementation Plan of the National Vocational Education Reform issued in 2019,aiming to cultivate students with multiple skills to fill the vacancy in the demand of compound talents.At present,scholars' research on 1 +X certificate system is mainly reflected in the connotation,implementation significance and implementation path of 1 +X certificate system,and there are relatively few practical research on curriculum teaching reform.Therefore,in this paper,1+X certificate system as the research background,combined with the teaching status of CNC professional courses in secondary vocational schools,and explores a new teaching mode suitable for CNC milling and machining courses of mechanical parts in secondary vocational schools.This paper is based on the basic requirements of the 1 +X certificate system,Taking the teaching mode reform of mechanical parts CNC milling curriculum as the starting point,Research from the following four aspects:(1)Through literature research,Understand the domestic and foreign research dynamics of advanced teaching mode,teaching methods and 1 +X certificate system teaching reform;(2)Through the investigation method to understand the talent and ability needs of enterprises,the development of the pilot work of 1 +X certificate system in secondary vocational schools and the main problems existing in the teaching of CNC milling courses for mechanical parts;(3)Based on the literature research and survey research results,Combined with the current situation of teaching and learning of CNC milling of mechanical parts under 1 +X certificate system,Research and design from six aspects: curriculum teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching methods,teaching process,assessment and evaluation,and teaching resources,Build a new teaching mode of "four combinations,three stages and seven steps";(4)Through action research,The "four combinations,three stages and seven steps" teaching was applied to the classroom teaching of CNC milling and machining of secondary vocational mechanical parts,through the implementation steps of planning,action,observation and reflection,Constantly improve the "four combinations,three stages and seven steps" teaching mode.Through the application and practice of this study,the teaching effect is remarkable for the teaching mode of "four combinations,three stages and seven steps".Students' cognition of 1 + X certificate has been significantly improved,85%of the students were able to study independently as required,and willing to participate in teaching interaction.students' satisfaction with the teaching of the course reached93%.the average score of the comprehensive assessment reached excellent reached excellent level,theoretical and practical skills are greatly improved.The teaching mode of " Four combinations,three stages and seven steps" conforms to the requirements of the teaching reform under the 1 + X certificate system,and cultivates more high-quality skilled talents who meet the needs of The Times for the society.
