GMP engineering,as a threshold of pharmaceutical industry,has a close relationship with companies.Pharmaceutical companies in our country is still developing with great demand of personnel with GMP engineering skills.“Double-tutor”is a good teaching mode to make professional students majoring in GMP engineering accumulate practice experience during three-year cultivation and become "application talent" to rapidly enter work position.The mode can can integrate related teaching resources of business and school.concentrate wisdom of school tutor and business tutor and improve cultivation effect of GMP education,therefore it is of great significance to discuss application of "double-tutor" mode into education of professional students of GMP engineering.Because there are relatively few cases of application of this mode into professional students,this article aims at probing into teaching design of“double-tutor”mode and proving efficiency of application of this mode to foster change of teaching theory of professional schools.However,through study of existing literature,the author found out that application of this mode in our country still has problem of taking into effect,responsibility of tutors,relationship between school/tutor/student,teaching design and so on.The author designed questionnaire and visited Nanjing Xiansheng Pharmaceutical Company and Nanjing Changao Pharmaceutical Company to prove the existence of the problems,such as school,enterprise and student are independent of each other,the education in school and enterprise are too disjionted to achieve the initial aim of cooperation between school and enterprise.As to these problems,combine teaching content and goal of GMP engineering students and characteristic of "double-tutor" mode,the author designed a new teaching plan accord with GMP engineering,including timetable and evaluation to realize application of "double-tutor" mode in GMP engineering.This article puts forward specific content of construction of "double-tutor"mode and evaluate the content through obscure performance method.It screens the index and value the weight,on the basis of which it further quantify the result through obscure mathematical method to recognize effect of teaching mode directly.Through the study of this article,it is proved that application of "double-tutor" mode into teaching process of cultivation of GMP engineering professional students is efficient and reasonable design of teaching content and method can produce excellent teaching effect.
