Secondary vocational school numerical control processing professional requirements of students to master theoretical knowledge,to be able to independently operate numerical control machine tools,and have the ability to process basic parts.For the cultivation of this ability,the study of CNC turn-milling machining course plays a decisive role.By analyzing the research results of enterprise and the secondary vocational school,found that the present training of technical personnel is not fully conform to the enterprise standard of choose and employ persons of corresponding position,learned knowledge and skills is not completely corresponding to 1 + X certificate system of professional skills,in order to make students more earning 1 + X certificate smoothly,but also make students more adaptable to the enterprise of related talent demand,The reform was carried out.Based on this background,we take the CNC turning and milling machining course of CNC major in secondary vocational schools as the research object,and carry out the reform in combination with 1+X certificate system and the survey results of job demands of enterprises.First of all,the research object and research content are determined by carefully reading relevant literature.Then,through the investigation method and induction and summary method of secondary vocational schools and related enterprises were investigated,summarized the deficiencies in the implementation of the curriculum in the stage of emergence,and carried out the curriculum reform plan of CNC turning and milling course processing.Specifically including,curriculum objectives,the school to cultivate interdisciplinary talents;In terms of course structure,we should construct diversified course structure.In terms of course content,1+X certificate assessment standards and job requirements of enterprises are integrated;In the course implementation,students should be guided by modern and novel teaching methods to stimulate their learning initiative.In terms of curriculum mechanism,the corresponding assessment system should be updated,and teachers' growth should be promoted through training.Finally,the contents of the reform are implemented in detail,the whole process is recorded and compared,so as to do a good job in the experimental work for the promotion of relevant teaching reform.Through this reform,the school can cultivate a large number of interdisciplinary talents that meet the national requirements.Teachers can stimulate students' interest in learning in teaching,and students' knowledge and skills are more in line with the needs of enterprises.Students can not only take the examination of CNC turning and milling processing of different levels of vocational certificates,but also can take the examination of other professional vocational skills level certificates,not only can improve their own vocational skills and professional comprehensive quality,but also to broaden their own employment scope,more can improve the chance of employment,to make contributions to the development of the country.
