With the proposal of "made in China 2025",China's manufacturing industry has been moving towards intelligentization and high-end development.Numerical control technology has been applied in various fields,especially in the machinery manufacturing industry.The rapid development of machinery manufacturing enterprises has more and more high demand for talents.Graduates are not only required to master basic knowledge and skills,but also to be able to communicate with others,mutual cooperation and other professional ability.Secondary vocational school is an important base to train skilled talents for the country.It should take the initiative to adapt to the development of the economy,take the needs of enterprises as the guide,and reform the traditional curriculum and teaching mode.As the core skill course of nc technology application major,NC milling of machine parts is particularly important to cultivate students' professional ability.This study through the investigation of secondary vocational school machine parts CNC milling course status,analysis of its existing problems,based on the work process of systematic CNC milling machine parts curriculum development and research.Curriculum development process is mainly through the study of the research of nc machining related enterprises,determine the secondary vocational school nc professional post group oriented,and then with enterprise expert,the line workers in-depth interviews,to explore and exchange,to post,summarized the typical work tasks,determine the professional ability request,are areas of action,according to the laws of the students' cognitive regularity and professional growth to convert the learning areas and learning environment design.Based on the working process of information,decision-making,planning,implementation,inspection and evaluation,this paper puts forward teaching design scheme and teaching evaluation methods and strategies for learning situations.Finally,taking the processing of integrated parts as an example,the micro level of curriculum teaching implementation.Through contrast experiment teaching effect feedback based on the working process of the development of systematic curriculum allows students in the learning process training position consciousness,work consciousness and professional ability,improve the comprehensive professional quality,shorten the training cycle with comprehensive vocational ability and the quality of the operator,for students to meet the standard of choose and employ persons of the enterprise,after graduation as soon as possible into the job role laid a solid foundation.
