Vocational education,as an important part of education in our country,shoulders the responsibility of providing applied skilled talents for the society.With the development and progress of economy and society,enterprises have higher and higher requirements for talent skills,and the direction of talent training in vocational education is diversified.In the continuous exploration and reform,the short board of vocational education is gradually prominent.The "1+X" certificate system came into being in the process of vocational education reform.The reform of vocational education education education mode is the new trend of vocational education reform and development in the future.In order to better implement this system,for secondary vocational schools,the teaching reform of practical training skills course is imperative.This paper takes the training goal of 1+X certificate system as the guiding ideology,takes the course of NC milling of mechanical parts as an example,adopts the methods of comprehensive investigation,observation and literature research,and takes the actual needs and skill level standards of enterprises as the basis to carry out the corresponding reform and innovation of the course.Among them,the change of teaching concept is mainly from the teacher as the leader of the classroom to the student-centered,focusing on the individual needs and ability training of students.The reform of teaching mode will effectively transform "teaching" and "learning",introduce training links into the learning of courses,and set up optional courses for students of other majors.In terms of teaching content,the reform is carried out from two aspects of theoretical teaching and practical teaching.The reform of teaching methods is mainly carried out from two aspects: Teachers' teaching methods and students' learning methods.The reform of evaluation method adopts the way of process stage evaluation,adding the theoretical evaluation link;introducing the competition link,setting the skill operation simulation test,so as to achieve the purpose of strengthening.Through a series of reform measures,make the theoretical knowledge of students more solid and the practical skill level constantly improved,achieve the real combination of theory and practice,while constantly improving the professional ability,the skill operation level also reaches the relevant post demand of the enterprise,obtain the corresponding skill level certificate for the follow-up,enrich the future career,and realize the comprehensive development of their own The exhibition has laid a solid foundation to make it meet the requirements of the training objectives and become a really useful compound technical and technical talents for the society.
